"She's my woman, why shouldn't I bring her? Where is she?"

"Who knows where she's run off to. She didn't even come and greet me, such rudeness."

Yue Tingfeng quickly changed the subject. "You didn't wear that new jade bracelet?"

While the two of them were chatting, a familiar voice rang out.

"Tingfeng, Aunty, long time no see."

Mother and son looked up to see Yan Ruke dressed in a sky blue dress standing elegantly in front of them.

"Tingfeng, how could you say that?" Mrs. Yue whispered.

Suddenly, someone squeezed in between Mrs. Yue and Yue Tingfeng, holding onto both their arms. "What a merry affair, what are you talking about, mind if I join in?"

Yan Ruke's clenched her fist upon hearing that voice, that smile on her face was on the verge of disappearing.

Looking at Yan Qingsi, Mrs. Yue said, "Where did you come from? You scared me."

Yan Qingsi spoke warmly to Mrs. Yue, "Aunty, it's only been a few days since we last met and you've already become prettier! Thank you for your dress that day. Next time I'll stop by the house to try your grilled steak again. I miss it so much."

Mrs. Yue pouted and said, "That was for my son, not you."

"Isn't it the same? You love your son, your son loves me, so you love me too." Yan Qingsi reasoned then turned over to look at Yue Tingfeng. "Isn't that right, darling?"

Yue Tingfeng pinched Yan Qingsi's cheeks. "Of course that's right. Where have you been?"

Yan Qingsi shot him a cold look and said, "I was hurt by a jerk, so I went looking for nice guys for therapy, is there a problem?"
