Since Yue Tingfeng had just woken up, his voice was a little coarse, and when it was transmitted through a phone call, it made everything unclear. Miss Mai grunted and said, "Who was that, who was the one talking just now? Yan Qingsi, you wouldn't be sleeping with a b*stard now, would you? Mrs. Yue could no longer hold back as she burst into waves of laughter.

Yue Tingfeng stared at Mrs. Yue's fuzzy hair and teasingly said, "Mom… aren't you worried about reopening the wound on your stomach?" 

Mrs. Yue clutched her stomach and said, "Ouch, my stomach, it hurts…"

Yan Qingsi frantically jumped off the bed and said, "Aunty, just take a deep breath and breathe. Stop laughing, please…"

Mrs. Yue took a couple deep breaths and finally calmed down a notch. She said, "I can't help myself. I couldn't hold back when my foolish son's confused look got to me…"

Yue Tingfeng grunted and said, "I wouldn't feel bad if your wound ended up bursting open."

He furiously sat up as he was not in a particularly good mood since he was called a b*stard first thing in the morning.

Yue Tingfeng gave Yan Qingsi a bitter look. Yan Qingsi stood on her toes to give his kiss his chin in response. She said, "Be a good boy, and let's head out to buy some breakfast."

Still feeling slightly mad, Yue Tingfeng arrogantly said, "Su Xiaoliu will be bringing us breakfast in a short while. Here, just one more kiss here."

Yan Qingsi pushed his head to aside and said, "We're not going out to buy any breakfast anymore, so why are you demanding another kiss for? Go away."

Mrs. Yue started laughing again, thus causing Yue Tingfeng's face to grow even more bitter than before.

Su Xiaoliu arrived exactly on time at eight in the morning to deliver breakfast for everyone. Upon noticing Yan Qingsi, he awkwardly smiled and nervously addressed her, "Cousin in law…"

Su Xiaoliu was sharp. With a single glance, he could tell how undeniably firm Yan Qingsi's position was in the family. If he dared to address Yan Qingsi as Miss Yan, Yue Tingfeng would undoubtedly destroy him right on the spot.

Su Xiaoliu had never been disgusted by Yan Qingsi's personality. As a matter of fact, he was instead intrigued by her. Hence, he boldly addressed her. 

"Aunty, Grandpa, and Grandma are well rested now. They will be paying you a visit later today," said Su Xiaoliu to Mrs. Yue.
