"Nanxing, I regret it a lot, really! I need you to tell me the latest update on Jing Ni. If possible, can I meet her? Even just for one glance. I need to see that she is safe, that's all." Lee Yang pleaded.

I reunited with Mai Qi and Lu Yan. They were talking excitedly about everything they had seen. This was Lu Yan's first time at a place like this so she was cautious. Mai Qi kept her close and entertained.

Lu Yan kept looking around. I believed she was looking for Ye Qian. But Ye Qian had not arrived. She would probably arrive when the wedding started. That was the way she'd show that she didn't care for Jing Ning's wedding.
