Shui Qianqian looked at him and suddenly chuckled. She let go of him and asked coldly, "Rong Jin, why are you doing this? Do you know that I really hate seeing that pretentious face of yours? Everyone who knows me tells me that I'm ugly, but you say that I'm beautiful. You lie without even batting an eye."

"If you think of me that way, I have nothing to say too."

"You must feel so wronged!" Because her blood was boiling, Shui Qianqian's wound hurt and she wanted to cough too. But she still had to protect her pride. She didn't want to lose in front of Rong Jin or let herself cough out loud.

Rong Jin's expression turned to normal as he said, "If you agree, I can kill off every single one of your enemies."

"I didn't see them clearly nor remember their faces." Shui Qianqian thought that if more assassinations were to happen, she might perhaps be able to end her life. She would have left a mark in Country M's history too. At least she didn't take her own life like a coward, but was instead murdered by him.

This was what she thought deep down, but Rong Jin wanted her to help him get rid of those assassins. She couldn't assist in any way actually. It was such a mess back then. How could she have known who was trying to kill her?

However, she had her own suspicions. She just didn't dare to verify them. She would also never let Rong Jin know too.
