"Xiaoran… it's over between us. I'm now Rong Yan's wife. Don't do those silly and meaningless things anymore," Luo Anning said while biting her lip.

Du Xiaoran fell silent.

After a long while, Du Xiaoran asked, "Anning had I not let you go back then, would things be different now? Would I have become your husband?"

Luo Anning's heart sank and she answered, "… Xiaoran, there are no ifs in this world. It's… over between us… "
