After the war and completion of the mission, Snow got proposed to by his surprisingly nervous and hopeful lover, which was honestly interesting to witness since the man still thought he would get rejected.1

In which Snow completely made sure to show his lover through physical action how immeasurable his love for him is during their honeymoon time after they finally got married in a matter of one week after he accepted the marriage proposal.

It wasn't new for Snow to marry the love of his life, however, unlike the previous mission worlds, it was a simple marriage with only few important individuals attending it.

Well, it was better in Snow's opinion, after all, he got a certain reputation after the war, especially with the annihilation of the entire mermaid race. However, it was a completely different concern when it comes to his lover though.

As a Siren, there is no denying how they are also known for their seductive and tempting appearance along with the beauty and danger mixed into it, compared to the mermaid race and bam! Snow ended up getting the attention of various people, especially the crazy and stupid races that seemed to forget how dangerous he truly is.

Although, it was rather interesting for Snow to watch his lover do what he usually does for him in the previous worlds, basically removing those annoying flies and bees buzzing around.

After such experience, Snow decided to live a low-key life, in which he slowly disappeared from the eyes of the people.

Honestly, he doesn't mind staying in one place and only swimming once in a while in the ocean, whenever he feels like it.After all, every peaceful time he could have is extremely precious because his life would be hectic, busy and dealing with Granter responsibilities

And if he could use all the time to be with his lover, then, how could he complain about being cooped up in one place?

Although if need be, he was mostly being carried in the arms of his lover after his permanent curse had become known.

There is also the fact that Snow tends to stay in a secluded or peaceful place with his lover indulging in pleasure in the previous worlds after the mission is completed. Unless his lover is surprisingly responsible like when he was once an Emperor.

So it was nothing new, particularly when Snow had completely made sure to use the entire time being together with his lover to see if he could get pregnant.

In which they somehow failed to do even after almost making love every single day. Although, it was an exciting and brand new experience for Snow when he was in Siren form being intimate with his lover.

He never knew his blue fishtail could get so sensitive to the touch. It was completely different when he was using it to kill the shit out of the people who went against him.

And before Snow knew it, their child Kyler had grown up and somehow ended up as a spoiled and rebellious son when they weren't looking. There is also the fact that he grew up having problems when it comes to the emotion called 'love'.

Which may have been Snow and his lover's fault for that one.

Thus, the pitiful Xaver who watched and had basically taken care of Kyler when Snow and his lover were busy in their own world trying to get pregnant took the full brunt of Kyler's rebellious phase.

Well, more likely it was the start of Xaver's hardships in his love life.

After all, Kyler is being stubborn and stupid. Going so far as running away after learning of Xaver's affection for him.

Damn, where did the obedient and adorable baby boy he remembers disappeared to? Even Snow admits that they failed as parents toward Kyler, but it doesn't mean that Kyler should have that kind of attitude towards the person who had watched him grow up.

Snow and Claus don't deny how they are more focused on themselves, especially after Snow had decided to have a child. However, Kyler has everything he could ever have. There are also other people in their family aside from Snow and Claus that had taken care of the baby Siren.

Besides, they still give fatherly love whenever they can, the only difference is the fact that it's not the usual full affection of a parent. Snow and Claus didn't forget Kyler completely and still showed they cared when he was growing up.

And yet, Snow and Claus can only shrug their shoulders after a rather harsh and violent tantrum of their child after almost being late from the coming of age of Kyler. They weren't even late because of forgetting the time during their lovey dovey moment, they just happened to meet a foolish but powerful demon that somehow fell at first sight after seeing Snow.

Of course, they didn't shy away from handling the situation when they figured out about Kyler's idea of running away from home. And of course, Snow and Claus didn't stop their son from doing it.

After all, it's time for Kyler to face the consequences of his decision. Basically, it's time for him to see how unfair the world could be.

And what better way to change someone? At least, allowing the person to think more deeply and seriously about their certain actions and decisions? It was to completely face the harsh reality that not everything will go the way a person wants it to.

Basically, Kyler had gotten everything he wanted while growing up so far throughout his entire life. And without Snow and Claus fully taking care of their child, the others had instead spoiled Kyler rotten.

So, compared to the previous world where Snow and his lover had only decided to watch in the sideline regarding their children's choices in life. The two of them had decided to help out more.

Although their concern and worries in the past became completely different, instead of thinking if Xaver would be good to Kyler, it was now the exact opposite. Thus, it wasn't surprising when they tested Kyler's affection instead of Xaver's.

After all, the once baby dragon had grown up into a handsome and beautiful young man who completely deserved all the happiness he could get. Especially someone who will give him sincere affections, which Snow's son has been failing to do so far.

So without further ado, Snow had pulled Eugene in their plan for the happiness of the last pure dragon in the entire world. After all, Eugene had also become Xaver's parent after somehow getting together with Rafael many years later, something Snow and his lover honestly didn't notice.

It was only when they caught the two of them in the act with their clothes almost gone that they figured it out.

And so, Snow didn't hesitate to suppress the memories and emotions Xaver had towards Kyler. Basically, it was time for Xaver to live by himself without constantly thinking and worrying about Snow and Claus' son.

Particularly when Xaver had been busy building his own power and business, after all, it's the way to connect the most, especially to have more freedom and choices in their era. It's completely different from the past with the way everyone does it.

The era is constantly changing, and one has to follow the flow of time.

Despite being the most powerful and only pure dragon remaining in the entire World, Xaver couldn't go against the three powerful races in the entire world, especially when they are determined to do something.

So it was easy to change a few things relating to the people in Xaver's life. There is just no longer Kyler in his life.

As for their decision regarding Kyler, well, Snow was more cruel and ruthless when he decided to make his act.

He helped Eugene place a powerful spell which caused Kyler to be unable to show or reveal anything about him knowing Xaver or the fact that they knew each other when they were still children. There is also the fact that after Kyler ran away from home, he turned into an average but special human blessed with the elf blood.

Kyler wasn't a powerful Siren anymore, Snow had taken what his son took for granted, particularly after knowing his thought of being a Siren, known to be the last of those that carried the pure bloodline in their race.

Everything Snow's son had consciously and unconsciously disliked or somehow questioned with a negative thought about something that anyone would feel grateful and thankful to have. Snow made sure to remove and take it away from him.

Just as Kyler had taken for granted Xaver's affections, kindness and thoughtful actions all those years. It's time for him to experience living a life without it.

After all, a person would never know what they had until the moment they lost it.
