Talk with Fuyumi.

"I'm fine, Fuyumi but don't tell me you came here just to ask this." I replied to Fuyumi who is still panting a bit.2

Fuyumi was a little startled as I called her using her first name but didn't said anything as they used to call each other with their first names in the past.

"...Yes, I just came to ask this, as I heard you fought a villain by yourself." She said

I was surprised a bit because how did she know this.

"Let's go inside then we can talk" I suggested to her to come inside the shop, to know her source of information about yesterday's incident.

"Ok"

We entered the shop and took seat opposite each other

"Have you had your breakfast?" I asked

"..No" She said meekly

"Ok, wait here I have already some extra breakfast left in the kitchen, Dashi eggs is ok with you right?"

"Yes"

I brought a bowl filled with Dashi eggs, Dashi eggs are a simple scrambled egg you make until it reaches soft consistency. Placing it on warm rice will slowly cook it further.

I placed the bowl in front of her and took my seat opposite to her. She took a spoon and ate some dashi eggs.

"How is it?" I asked

".. Good, as you used to make it back then." She said while reminiscing about the past.

I also wanted to talk about our past but more serious things are ahead of me right now,

"How did you get the information?"-Shido

"About you defeating the villain?"-Fuyumi

"Yes"-Shido

"A colleague of mine lives in the area, the news about you defeating the villain was already spreading throughout the area. But when she saw the news about you 'helping the pro-heroes', she messaged in the group chat that she knows about this person and the person single-handedly defeated the villain"

Listening to this makes my mood becoming worse. I and authorities are trying to make this incident become a thing a past by acting like nothing happened but these rumors are making things go for the worse. The problem will become more worse when the media will get a sniff of this.

"Then, how did you know that the person mentioned in the news was me?"-Shido

"Coming to that, I was very interested in the story as a quirkless person co-operating with heroes was something very rare, so I asked the colleague, She mentioned your name, I was stunned ,then I ran here to ask how are you?"-Fuyumi

"I see, so what were the reactions of your colleagues when they read the message?"-Shido

"Most people joked, while others ignored it by saying it's just a made up story and believed in the news, Only I was interested."-Fuyumi

I sighed in relief, This shows that the general public does not care about it while people with curious mind and kids will follow this story.

"Can you tell your friend to stop spreading the information or she will get arrested by HPSC."-Shido

"WHY?!!"- Fuyumi asked in a shocked tone

"The case is under the HPSC and they changed my role in the incident from 'single-handedly defeating the hero' to 'co-operating with heroes' to prevent the shaming of heroes."-Shido

Fuyumi whose own father is a Hero, understands the importance of maintaining the reputation of heroes is very important or they will lose public support making the villains bolder in committing crimes. She quickly understood it and made a call to her colleague, warning her to stop spreading the messages and the consequences of it, if she doesn't stop. After the call, she looked towards me

"So, can you tell me the whole story?"-Fuyumi requested

I just complied with her request and told her about the incident cutting some parts like things related to System. She attentively listened to the story without interrupting me. After my narration ended

"So... You rushed out in an adrenaline rush?"-Fuyumi

"Yes"-Shido

"ARE YOU STUPID?!! WHAT GAVE YOU THE IDEA TO RUSH IN THE FIGHT??!!"-Fuyumi

"Calm down Fuyumi, you are disturbing the neighbours. Calm down a bit"-Shido said while passing a glass of water.

She gulped down the entire glass of water in a single movement and banged the glass on the table

"You know what you did was plain stupid, right?"-Fuyumi

"I know, I know what I did was stupid but let this thing go now, there is no benefit from bringing the topic back as it already has happened now."-Shido

She nodded and sat down in silence. After a few moments of silence, I asked

"How is Shoto doing?"- Shido

(For those who forgot, Shido and Fuyumi know each other and dated for each other for a while, in the past. They know basic things about each other, like Family members etc.)

"Why asking about Shoto so suddenly?"-Fuyumi

"I was thinking about heroes while I suddenly remembered that Shoto also wanted to become a hero. So I wanted to ask how he is doing now."-Shido

"He is training under dad preparing for the U.A. High School Entrance Exam next year."- Fuyumi

This was a key information, this means I'm one year away from the plot. But the plot does not matter to me, I am going to do things in my own way.

"Well, I guess he is going to ace the exams after the training he is receiving from your dad(Endeavor)."-Shido

"Yeah, Dad is very serious about this and is not letting Shoto cut any corners(any half-intended action) in his training."- Fuyumi

I, then decided to do it.

"Hey Fuyumi?"-Shido

She then looked at me with a spoon in her hand eating the scrambled eggs

"I was thinking about something and ... wanted to talk to you about this."-Shido

"What is it?"-Fuyumi

"I was thinking about 'us'."-Shido

Listening to this, the spoon fell from her hand, while she looked at me with widened eyes.
