"I'm leaving." Zhi He eyed Qiao Qing. Her heart was full of regret and hatred but she ended up leaving. 

All the guests in the restaurant began to check out Qiao Qing.

They all wondered what kind of person would gain so much respect from the general manager of Jing Li Xuan. For her, he even dared to offend the Fu family. 

Luo Chen and Lin Xiyan had just snapped back to reality after this series of events. 

Luo Chen gulped and whispered in a voice only loud enough for a few people to hear, "Qingqing, young master Qi's power in this city is far too influential."

He had seen Han Zhi make a call just now. 

Plus, the only person who was able to protect Qiao Qing in this city and make the general manager here take such an action, could only be one of those three men. 

Qiao Qing nodded.

Song Zixuan rolled his eyes. Young master Qi was definitely reputable and influential, but he definitely was not as powerful as their own boss.

If it weren't for his boss, he never would've taken things so far.

After moments of silence, Song Zixuan rubbed his hands together excitedly and tapped on the ground with his toes, "B-... miss, this way."

Song Zixuan led this group of people to the last remaining table and nicely pulled out a chair for Qiao Qing.

He took a pen and some paper from the server's station, then crouched down to Qiao Qing's level.

He blinked his bling-bling, big eyes, "Miss, what can I get for you?"

Qiao Qing, "..."

She didn't speak and instead, started circling items off the menu.

Luo Chen and Lin Xiyan watched this in awe. They both thought Song Zixuan was going this far because of Qi Yusen.

Only Han Zhi found this to be strange. Meaningfully, he stared at Qiao Qing and Song Zixuan. 

He had also originally assumed Song Zixuan was doing all this for the young master.

But based on the way he was treating Qiao Qing, he thought this couldn't be that simple.

The executive-level employees at Jing Li Xuan were not like the execs of other restaurants.

All of the high-level employees here steered clear of politics and material pursuits. They would never do things just to please the wealthy. 

The general manager here today would at most, only treat young master Qi with respect. 

The way he was treating Qiao Qing, however, was more kiss @ss. 

After Qiao Qing circled what she wanted on the menu, she passed it to Luo Chen and Lin Xiyan. 

Luo Chen said, "I've never eaten here so I don't know what's good. Mr. Han, you should pick."

Then, he handed the menu to Han Zhi.

Qiao Qing's eyelids fluttered. 

Han Zhi took over the menu and was stunned.

Though all the dishes in this restaurant were of high quality, it still had its most popular and reputable dishes. 

Those dishes were not marked on the menu. Only those who come to this place often would know about them.

All of the dishes Qiao Qing had circled belonged to that category.

As he thought about it, he glanced over to Qiao Qing, "Have you eaten here often?"

Qiao Qing, "No."

"How's that possible? She's always lived in the City of Brisk and never had the time to come to the Capital City. Why would Mr. Han ask that question?" Luo Chen chimed in.

Han Zhi explained, "All the dishes Ms. Qiao chose are the chef's specialty here. That's why I asked."

"Oh, really?" Luo Chen curiously looked over to Qiao Qing. 

Song Zixuan knew that Qiao Qing didn't want to be exposed, so he jumped in, "I had given some recommendations to her. You are all sitting far away so maybe you didn't hear."

Luo Chen, "..."

Han Zhi, "..."

This table was probably only a meter wide - that's far away? Or did he mean he was speaking like a mosquito?

Qiao Qing shot those two a cold look, "Are you done picking?"
