The confidence in Qiao Qing's eyes was convincing. Du Xiuyun grabbed Qiao Qing's hands, "Then, young lady, please help me!"2

After she got the permission she needed, she opened up her medical bag at an insane speed. Then, she lifted the cover that was covering the man on the stretcher. 

The sight of the man's body made everyone gasp. 

The man was swollen all over and there were many different colors on his body. 

Qiao Qing's fingers rested on his shirt before she ripped it open and revealed his swollen chest. 

Jun Yexuan narrowed his eyes and his face turned black.

He was still logical, however, despite the jealousy he felt. He decided to be the honest man standing behind Qiao Qing and didn't interfere.

Du Xiuyun opened her lips wide but she didn't make a sound in fear of distracting Qiao Qing. 

Wang Lixia watched as Qiao Qing did all this and snickered, "You are trying to treat a patient in such a public place? Did you even sanitize or disinfect? Don't you care about the patient's privacy? If the patient's family wasn't so worried, they would never allow this! I sure want to see what you can do in the end!"

Jun Yexuan glared at her, "If you still want your tongue intact, then shut up!"

Wang Lixia's face froze and she didn't dare to make another sound. However, silently, she cursed some violent words. 

Qiao Qing ignored all the noise around her. Back when she was checking up on Jun Yexuan, she was able to resist distractions. That made right now feel easy. 

The focused way she moved made it seem like she was alone in her world. 

After she was done prepping, she lifted a needle that's been dabbed in medicine. Then, she stuck it into a meridian point in the man's chest. She then did the same to a meridian point on the man's neck and then his wrist. 

After the three needles were in, the man stopped quivering and no more white foam came out of his mouth.

Du Xiuyun was ecstatic while the doctors were in shock. Xia Houshang bit her bottom lip in disbelief. 

Mu Jinghang elbowed Jun Yexuan, "Sis-in-law is amazing. Does she know all the pressure points? Most old doctors don't even know this."

Jun Yexuan was looking as proud as ever, "Of course. Look whose wife she is!"

Qi Yusen, "That's my sister."

Mu Jinghang, "..."

Look how cocky those two were!

While Du Xiuyun cried with joy, Zheng Xinai's face turned grey. She gritted her teeth as she found all of this hard to believe. 

Compared to Xia Houshang, however, she felt more regretful!

If this girl in front of her knew the cure, then her son didn't have to die!

Just as she thought about it, Qiao Qing moved on to the next step and continued to push needles into his forehead and other body parts. 

By the time Qiao Qing was done, the man's lips and eyelids no longer protruded.

As time ticked by, the swelling in the man's face and body visibly went down. The dark purple tint in his skin also faded as a healthy cornmeal color returned.

The needles that were in the man's body started to turn black. The end of each needle even produced smoke.

After some more time, the man suddenly opened his eyes and looked over at Du Xiuyun, "Mom?"
