Chen Yulian couldn't help but frown. 'Since when has this ingrate become so chummy with her husband?' 

"How are you so sure that my wife was the one who took her away?" 

Chen Yulian glared at Yan Jinyi viciously and said, "I went to the countryside to visit her grandmother and the neighbors said that she was taken away to the city by two handsome young men. Who else lives in the city except Yan Jinyi?" 

"Is your eyesight that terrible? There are loads of people in this city, how can I be the only one here? If you're suffering from eyesight problems, you may look for Chengyu, he will poke your eyes with a hammer and make sure you have perfect vision immediately."

Huo Qingyuan stayed at the side and watched quietly. 'Second Sister-in-law is getting better at lying through her teeth.' 

Chen Yulian knew how sharp-tongued Yan Jinyi was, and she had repeatedly told herself to bear with it before she arrived, but now...

"What house?" asked Yan Jinyi whose curiosity had been aroused. 

"Drop the pretense. Didn't you take your grandmother away because you found out that the town is planning to convert her house into an inn for tourists and you're worried that she might give it to my son?"

'Converting her house into an inn for tourists? Is that lucrative?' 

Yan Jinyi turned to look at Huo Xishen and asked, "Is running an inn very profitable?" 

"If you market it by making yourself the spokesperson, it'll indeed generate a large amount of profit."

'Ah... Chen Yulian is giving me the opportunity to make money!'

'If that bastard Tang Qing dares to kill my grandmother, I'll break his skull!'

He was dressed in thick sportswear with a pair of earphones hanging around his neck. He leaned against the door frame languidly. 

Tang Qing's roguishness came from within and he even exuded the vibe of a gangster. 

Yan Jinyi couldn't help but glance at Huo Xishen who was seated in a relaxed manner right beside her still dressed in an immaculate suit and appearing dignified. 

His brows were thick and beautiful. 

After comparing the two, Yan Jinyi felt that Huo Xishen was much more attractive than Tang Qing.
