Watching them disappear at the stairway, Huo Qingyuan stiffened and twisted her neck stiffly. "Third Brother, what do you think Second Brother will do to Second Sister-in-law?"

Huo Qingyuan blinked and suddenly felt a little aggrieved. She just thought that it wouldn't be a good idea to hide the matter from Yan Jinyi. 

Yan Jinyi was Huo Xishen's wife after all. If Huo Xishen were to really attend Leng Yuxi's birthday party behind Yan Jinyi's back, it would be pointless for her to continue staying in this marriage.

Most men in this world are disloyal and would often gawk at other women despite being married or attached. Huo Chengyu was an example. 

'Big Brother failed to cherish such a good wife like Shen Yan. I can't lose Second Sister-in-law.' 

Yan Jinyi rarely saw Huo Xishen getting angry.

He had a great ability to control his emotions and she couldn't figure him out sometimes.

After being tossed onto the bed, Yan Jinyi played along and got into an extremely romantic position. She blinked at Huo Xishen and said, "Mr. Huo, have you finally discovered how attractive I am? Are you planning to devour me?"

She kicked off her shoes and knelt on the bed before reaching out to curl her hand at Huo Xishen. "I am playing with fire, indeed. Mr. Huo, are you going to be responsible for putting out the fire?" 

"Are you jealous?" He suddenly asked.

Yan Jinyi's face turned sullen and she exclaimed sinisterly, "You're the one who's being jealous! Your family is jealous!" 

Huo Xishen nodded especially cooperatively, "Well, Darling, you happen to be part of my family too."

'Doggy Huo, you set me up again!' 

She was annoyed and simply rolled over on the bed before pulling the quilt up to wrap herself in it. "It's getting late, Mr. Huo, you'd better go back and rest early."

Huo Xishen stared at the protruding part on the bed and said, "If I remember correctly,this is my room." 

Yan Jinyi lifted the duvet again and said, "What's wrong with your room? You and I are married in name now. Your room is my room. I like sleeping here, can't I?" 

No one can deal with Yan Jinyi when she's being unreasonable. 

Huo Xishen's mood was instantly lifted. "Darling, if you want to sleep beside me, you can just say so. There's no need for a married couple to have so many concerns."

'I just purely like teasing you.' 

When Huo Xishen came out of the shower, Yan Jinyi was already asleep with the duvet in her arms.

Her sleeping posture was quite awful. 

He slowly got onto the bed, making his movements as light as possible. After staring at Yan Jinyi's face for a long time, he finally spread open the duvet that she was hugging and pulled her into his arms. 

'She smells nice and hugging her feels great too.' 

As soon as Yan Jinyi opened her eyes, she met Huo Xishen's alluring gaze and she blinked with confusion. By the time she was no longer sleepy, Huo Xishen said in a hoarse voice, catching her off guard, "Darling, I didn't know you were that enthusiastic. You snuggled up into my arms while I was asleep." 

'What's going on?'

Yan Jinyi was stunned for a long time before she suddenly sat up and exclaimed, "Nonsense, you must have taken advantage of me while I was asleep!"
