The reason that she recommended Qin Peipei was only because she felt that Qin Peipei was silly but not detestable. 

Hence, she thought it would be good to do her a favor. 

It had already begun snowing. In the past, there would be heavy snowfall in Black Cloud Fortress, which the children loved but the adults hated. 

The snow would ruin many crops and make hunting difficult.

Yan Jinyi squinted and said, "I'll send you the address of where I'm at now, come here immediately. Someone's buying us dinner tonight."

Yan Jinyi didn't answer and simply hung up. She then sent her current location to Tan Sangsang. 

After thinking about it, she took out her lipstick and touched up her makeup. She then walked over gracefully in her ankle-length boots. 

'Since Shen Yan isn't around, I'll save her pride and teach that woman a lesson on her behalf.' 

The hotpot restaurant was said to be owned by an heir of a rich family. For the sake of pleasing his girlfriend, the interior of the restaurant was renovated and decorated according to his girlfriend's wishes. 

It was ostentatious and a little tacky. 

Yan Jinyi secretly thought to herself that if Huo Xishen opened a hotpot restaurant for her, she would definitely decorate it like a bandit's lair. 

She followed Ren Hanxuan up the stairs to the second floor and just as she expected, she saw Huo Chengyu and a middle-aged man standing at the door of a private dining room.

The two were talking and laughing, seemingly on good terms with each other. 

Ren Xianxuan went forward and held onto the arm of the middle-aged man affectionately while gazing at Huo Chengyu with a sweet smile on her face.

'This is Ren Hanxuan's father? Damn it, he hasn't gotten a divorce yet and she's already so eager to let her father meet him. Who gave her the guts to do that?' 

After fixing her hair, Yan Jinyi strode over. 

Huo Chengyu had his back facing her so he didn't see her but Ren Hanxuan was facing her. However, she merely took a quick glance at Yan Jinyi before turning to look at Huo Chengyu again. 

Clearly, she was deliberately ignoring her. 

Yan Jinyi raised her brows slightly and walked past Ren Hanxuan. Just as they were about to brush shoulders, Yan Jinyi knocked her shoulder hard against Ren Hanxuan's.

Ren Hanxuan questioned in pain, "What's wrong with you? Can't you see I'm standing here?"
