His breath was lingering around her nostrils and she took a sideways glance at him. His turtleneck sweater seemed to have made him look much gentler. 

"Mr. Huo, what are you trying to say?"

Huo Xishen suddenly coughed and said, "Darling, I'll allow you to touch me all over." 

'Is Huo Xishen out of his mind?' 

Yan Jinyi stared at Huo Xishen's handsome face and asked, "Mr. Huo, did you just go through a breakup?"

"A breakup is not scary. Were you the one who initiated it?" 

Huo Xishen asked with even more confusion, "What do you mean?" 

'Good, go on pretending. I may not be a nosy person and I'm not interested in your past relationships either but that doesn't mean I don't know anything!" 

"Okay, we're both adults and I'm very magnanimous. I heard that you have a childhood sweetheart whom everyone thinks is the perfect girl for you. Did you two break up?" 

She initially didn't bother paying attention to that matter but a weirdo approached her when she was out with Huo Zihang at the club previously, and even forced her to leave Huo Xishen. 

Yan Jinyi squinted. 'Since that woman's brother is so detestable, she can't be any better.'

'Why is Doggy Huo looking at me like that!?' 

"I'm being very serious," he said. 

Yan Jinyi raised her brows in bewilderment. 

"After all, you're the person I'm going to spend the rest of my life with, Darling." 

'The rest of your life?'

She never wanted to spend the rest of her life with him! She just wanted to be rich! 

Seeing how shocked Yan Jinyi was, Huo Xishen looked down and asked, "Darling, how about you help me cure my misogyny?" 

Only then did Yan Jinyi snap back to her senses. Without hesitating, she reached her hand out to Huo Xishen and said, "Give it to me." 

"Huh?"

As she spoke, she rubbed her thumb and index figure together.

Yan Jinyi blinked and retracted her hand immediately. She said with a sheepish grin, "Mr. Huo, how much of it would you like to get treated? I can cooperate."

Huo Xishen answered very seriously, "I'd like to have a pair of children with you, Darling." 

'What's going on?'

Yan Jinyi got a little agitated. "Huo Xishen, are you crazy? Why should I have a pair of children with you?"

His hand was a little clammy so they both subconsciously shivered.

Huo Xishen took a deep breath and interlocked his fingers with hers. 

"Ahem, if you're feeling uncomfortable..." 

Immediately afterwards, Huo Xishen said in an alluring voice, "I'm alright." 

Yan Jinyi immediately shut up. 

'Fine, I'll let him hold my hand then. It feels pretty nice anyway.'
