Huo Xishen thought otherwise and he inched closer towards her. "We're a married couple. Isn't it right for us to do this?" 

She swore that she would knock him out with a punch and throw him to the dog's kennel if he were to get up to any more nonsense again. 

"Darling, are you not willing?" 

Yan Jinyi stammered, which was rare for her. "Of course...of course not." 

"Darling, don't play with fire unnecessarily in the future." As he spoke, he glanced at him and said, "I'm afraid you won't be able to bear the consequences." 

Yan Jinyi looked in his direction and her body stiffened as she remained still in place.

'He...he... Damn it, he's scary!' 

She quickly turned away to have her back facing Huo Xishen before picking up the blanket and folding it into a ball. "Mr. Huo, I think we should refrain from barging into each other's rooms as far as possible."

Huo Xishen asked with raised brows, "Darling, are you scared?" 

Yan Jinyi answered righteously, "I'm a weak and vulnerable girl after all."

'Weak and vulnerable girl?' 

He smirked and thought, 'Yes, she's quite weak... Well at least, her appearance matches that description.' 

Surprisingly, Huo Xishen didn't continue to pester him any further and instead really left the room.

Yan Jinyi stared at the door, thinking herself that she ought to add defensive barrier. 

'Since I'm living under his roof, I have to keep my guard up against lechers.' 

The box office sales of "Moon" were showing signs of vaguely surpassing that of "Female Fortress Leader" because the story was closer to reality and hence, it would gain popularity as more people can resonate with it. Now, many had begun to pay attention to the matter of child trafficking and most of the breaking news was about kidnapping and child trafficking. 

Yan Jinyi's reputation was getting better and better, and many related charity foundations had invited her to be their spokesperson.

"Jinyi, you can create your own charity fund or become a spokesperson for the Huo Family's charity fund." Huo Family was reading the newspapers, thinking that since her identity would be exposed sooner or later so it would be good to give her the title of someone with civic-mindedness. 

"She can't be the spokesperson for the Huo family's charity fund."

Before Yan Jinyi could say anything, Huo Xishen had already taken the lead in turning it down for her.

She had indeed never thought of it before but since Huo Xishen was the one who said it, she immediately felt rather displeased and she glared daggers at him.

Huo Xishen calmly placed a slice of steak in her bowl and said, "The higher her position, the greater the danger."

Huo Zihang had always been the spokesperson for the Huo Group's charity fund, and they had never had a celebrity as the spokesperson. Yan Jinyi was now in the limelight and many had already begun to be jealous of her. If she were to be the spokesperson of the fund, there would definitely be more people hating on her and scheming against her. 

Huo Xian thought about it and realized that it made sense. 

"I already have a goal in mind, you don't have to worry." After saying that, she smiled bizarrely. 

"Who?" 

She knocked her slender fingers against the table and said, "Yang Qing." 

"Second Sister-in-law, you're out of your mind. Yang Qing is Leng Yuxi's relative and their mainstay business is in finance!" Huo Qingyuan couldn't help but get worked up. 

"So what?" Yan Jinyi smiled confidently and said, "Just wait to watch a good show."
