"Are you sure about this, Claude?" My mother asked me for the third time now as she looked at me worriedly.

I have decided to go to the domain of the werewolves, which is located deep in the Amazon Forest, to know why they want to kill Pryce and when they will make their move.

"Don't worry, Mom, I will be back in one piece, I promise," I replied as I fixed my backpack that contained notebooks, a camera, food, and other things a researcher needs.

I will go there to be a captive so that I could go into their haven and look for the information I needed.

"Blairie, I will not worry for you, but I worry about the dogs," Sander uttered jokingly as she hugged me.

Then I smiled at her as I put on my backpack and inserted a knife and a gun in my waistband. These are only my weapons, and I am facing a whole race of werewolves. I just wonder how this will go.

"Sander, take care of her while I'm gone, okay?" I told my cousin, and she nodded her head and then let out a small laugh.

"You know that you should take care of yourself and come back here, Blairie. She needs you." She uttered and then smiled sadly.

I brought Pryce with me here at the palace, and I let her sleep so that she will be safe for now.

"Yeah, sure. I have to go." I spoke and took a deep breath before I thought of teleporting to my destination.

"Claude, if anything goes wrong, come back here immediately. And remember, you always have to be in your human form if they are around. They can sense your aura whenever you are about fifty meters away from them." The queen said as she held my hand tightly.

Werewolves can sense if someone is a vampire or a witch and they have super hearing, too. I need to be vigilant.

"Copied that. I have to go, Mom." I told her and closed my eyes, and I'm ready to go.

I slowly opened my eyes, and the first thing I saw was a very wide river.

Okay, I guess this is the Amazon River. Might as well take a picture as a souvenir. It's not every day you got a chance to see such a magnificent view.

The sun is about to set, and I still can't feel any presence of a werewolf.

I kept walking until I felt something strange. Alright, I need to activate human mode now.

I pulled out the phone that the witches provided me as it could also be used as a flashlight. It's almost dark, and I am very sure that there were three werewolves that I felt earlier. They must be just around me.

"I think I'm lost already. Where the fudge is the way to the road? Should I just follow the river?" I kept talking so that they would know that I am lost and finding my way back to the road.

Then I was startled as I heard a howl and other howls, and another.

"Oh, sh*t! What was that?" I trembled as I pointed my flashlight to where the sounds were coming from.

They seem to be surrounding me now.

I can't sense them since I'm in my human form, and I should use all my strength, and yes, I have weapons in case they will kill me immediately. And I hope not.

I am walking slowly while trying to feel my surroundings, and it's really dark now.

"Who's there? Show yourself!" I shouted while looking in different directions.

They are really near me because I could smell something bad. Well, not that werewolves have a bad odor, but they are monsters for me.

I slowly turned to my back since I could feel something warm behind me, and as I pointed my flashlight at the creature, all I did was hang my mouth open in shock.

It is a big monster. I mean, it's a werewolf growling at me.1

He’s like six and a half feet tall, and all I can see is he is covered with black fur, and he has sharp teeth and red eyes.

Fudge, should I run or should I kill them? Oh, I almost forgot, they need to hold me captive.

I gulped and pulled out my gun to show them that I am not afraid.

"Stay back! Don't dare move! Or I will shoot you! This thing will kill you!" I yelled as I pointed the gun at the monster in front of me.

And he just showed his sharp teeth at me.

Damn it, is he laughing at me? Where are his companions anyway?

"I mean it! I will really shoot you if you get any closer," I added, but then I can feel something is behind me. Okay, another monster.

I stood there looking around me and saw that there were like six or seven werewolves. Oh-kay, I'm dead.

"I swear, if you all move, I will shoot all of you," I warned them.

Well, I'm not kidding at all. I will really pull this trigger if I need to.

Then I flinched when one of them laughed like a real devil.

"Hahaha, this girl is making me laugh like hell!" He let out, and I pointed the gun and my flashlight at him.

And I can see that he is in his human form, and he is half-naked.

"I am not making a joke at all! I'm fudging serious here." I belted, and I heard more laughter.

I looked around me, and they were all in their human forms. There are two women and four men.

Two men approached me, and I pointed my gun at them.

"I said don't fudging move! Or I will really shoot you!" I screamed since they are getting closer.

"Relax, we will not do any harm to you. We just want to help you out of this forest." The one with long blonde hair said as he slowly walked in my direction.

"No! You are all monsters! Stay away from me!" I exclaimed that it made them scoff.

"You do know that you are not getting out of this forest alive, don't you?" A woman asked me with confidence and arrogance.

Oh, really? Maybe you are the ones who will not get out alive from here.

Okay, just stay cool and relaxed, Blair.

Can't they just capture me already? I'm growing so impatient now.
