She then glanced at Yu Gangan, Fang Zhihan, and Lu Xuechen. She was quite surprised when she saw the two men.

With a smile, she asked, "Your friends?"

Lin Jiayu stood up and coldly introduced Yu Gangan to the woman, ignoring Fang Zhihan and Lu Xuechen. She then introduced the woman to Yu Gangan, "This is Qiao Pan'er."

Fang Zhihan looked out the window. As though Qiao Pan'er was just thin air, he didn't even take a glance at her.

Meanwhile, Lu Xuechen rested his chin on his palm and quickly scanned his eyes across Qiao Pan'er. She didn't have the look he liked, so he lowered his head and started playing with his phone in disinterest.

Out of politeness and the fact that she was Lin Jiayu's friend, Yu Gangan smiled and greeted the woman, "Hello, Miss Qiao."

Qiao Pan'er was a bit disappointed that the two men ignored her, so she looked at Yu Gangan, unable to force a smile. She then turned away arrogantly.

Yu Gangan felt a little awkward, "..."

Qiao Pan'er then looked at Lin Jiayu and said, "I thought I recognized the wrong person a moment ago. I just returned to China a couple of days ago and heard that you were sick and didn't want to see anyone. I was so worried about you and was about to visit you. Who would have thought that you'd be out here eating with your friends? Have you recovered?"

Lin Jiayu replied casually, "Pretty much."

Qiao Pan'er furrowed her brows and said, "Why didn't you go to my family's hospital for an exam? I heard from my father that your parents found a doctor of Chinese medicine for you. The more Yu Gangan listened to this woman, the more uncomfortable she felt.

As she tapped impatiently on her cheek, she glanced at Fang Zhihan.

Fang Zhihan happened to be looking at her too.

A smile as bright as the stars twinkled in his eyes. He then grabbed a fork and brought some food up to her mouth.

Yu Gangan was a little taken aback.

She subconsciously opened her mouth and ate the food.

A bit of chili sauce got on her mouth and Fang Zhihan immediately grabbed a napkin to wipe it.

As Lin Jiayu listened to Qiao Pan'er, she also felt a little uncomfortable. Afraid that Yu Gangan would feel upset, she glanced at her friend apologetically, but just so happened to witness this scene.

Their relationship appeared quite good.

Yu Gangan's husband seemed like he truly liked her.
