Nuri’s POV

After finding the Dragon Scale, we are much more relaxed. We were scheduled to return to the capital soon, but Sibyl enjoyed the freedom of the south and I decided to stay a while longer.

“When I'm better, we'll go back,” I told the group.

However, this small wound means nothing to me. This is just an excuse for me.

A quiet night. Sibyl fell asleep in my arms.

Because of the short distance and the speed of the dart, I didn't have enough reaction time.

Without hesitation, I threw Sibyl on the bed and protected her with my body.

She looked at me with wide, frightened eyes.

I sat up again and the mystery man had run away.

I got dressed and was about to leave to tell him something, but Sibyl grabbed my clothes.
