Lu was quiet the whole time, as the tip of her tongue was aching, the sun was appearing to be too much for her eyes, her head was loading a dizzy spell.

Huo in his sunglasses was looking like the protagonist of the Crazy Rich Asian, especially with that glance at his hot secretary upon a hole-in-one. His secretary was hot, sweating hot, as he made a skip and headed off in her direction.

His business partner, President Du tailed after.

"I heard Mr. Huo has 12 secretaries at the office, though you seem to have brought a rather quiet one today. Does she have a speech defect?" Teased President Du as he scanned Lu with a famished smile.

"Oh wow, if being quiet means a speech defect, then does that mean President Du has a fertility defect because you have no children?" Joked Huo with his signature smile.

"Heh, President Huo the debater, don't get so worked up. I was just kidding, I do not intend to insult that pretty secretary of yours."

President Du certainly did not see that comeback coming. He never imagined President Huo being so protective of his staff that he would roast him back.

"I see. I almost thought you have a birth defect or something," replied Huo pursing his lips as he threw his club to the real golf boy, and applauded, "People only speak words appropriate to their identity. Clearly President Du is rather unaware of his identity. Regarding that business, I still need to reconsider."

Based on Lu's experience with Huo, this President Du was already a goner.

Although she was pretty peculiar of Huo's comeback, the project was obviously a major help to Thunderbolt Corp., there was no reason for the president to turn down the offer by any ridiculous means like this.

President Du was feeling remorseful of his silly joke, the comeback caught him off guard. He could not believe a simple phrase could trigger Huo.

Lu held her steps, Huo jerked his movement too. His eyes squinted, anticipating the drama to happen.
