0"Ms Lu, Huo peeled them just for you. They must taste even better now, you should try them." Ye Zhiyu urged her gently.

Huo Yunting, who was still busy peeling, threw her a quick glance of approval.

Making Lu Zhaoyang happy was quiet a pain. He was forced to invite his friend and girlfriend out for support.

Surely she would eat the food he prepared now, right? Didn't she enjoy herself very much when Huo Chen peeled prawns for her that night?

When Lu Zhaoyang picked up her chopsticks, there were already half a dozen prawns in her bowl.

She picked one up and tasted it. It was delicious, and aside from the fact that Huo Yunting had prepared it, the food was perfect.

"Is it good?" Ye Zhiyu asked expectantly.

"It is." Lu Zhaoyang answered with a smile. She finally realized Huo Yunting's intention.

He must be offended by her. She had refused the boiled egg in the morning, and the melon seeds in the afternoon. His earlier initiatives were rejected, but that was no longer an option for her now.

"Are you feeling alright?" Ye Zhiyu noticed the lack of joy on her face and asked with concern.

Huo Yunting's hands stopped working for moment. He did not exactly discussed his agenda with his guests, so this was potentially dangerous territory.

"I don't feel like eating prawns anymore, but he is still peeling them. I've never seen a man who is so unobservant, that's why I felt a little miffed."

Lu Zhaoyang put all the blame on him.

With that, Huo Yunting quickly took off his gloves and brought two chicken wings to her bowl.

Ye Zhiyu smiled widely and said, "Look, it's really rare to find such a loving man, Ms Lu. Don't be mad, Mr Huo is such a nice guy!"

Lu Zhaoyang kept quiet. Since the three were all in this together, nothing she said could change things.

"You should eat, too, Mr Ye. Please don't be affected by my lack of appetite."

Lu Zhaoyang pushed away the chicken wings and used her chopsticks to get another dish for herself.

Her reaction put a damper on the atmosphere in the private booth.

Mu Xian understood quickly that his duty tonight was to simply eat his dinner.

Huo Yunting's expression turned heavier. How long is she going to continue being angry…

Ye Zhiyu was able to keep dinner amiable, but only that.

When it was time to go home, Lu Zhaoyang saw in the passenger seat without a word.

"Why are you quiet? Are you touched by my efforts and still savoring the details?" Huo Yunting took a quick look at her and commented in a low voice.

"Don't be cocky. I was touched by myself for eating something you peeled."

She looked outside the window without emotion, and found his reflection on the window glass panel.

He's everywhere!

Huo Yunting did not continue with the unamusing conversation. He had more important things to do.

Before they parted, Mu Xian had said something to him.

An argument between a couple should be solved in bed.

When her period was over, there was something he should push to the top of his schedule.

When they reached their mansion, Lu Zhaoyang stepped out of the car the moment it came to a stop, and headed straight for the second floor.

Moments later, the door was pushed open, and Huo Yunting came in.

Lu Zhaoyang threw him a flat look and went to take a shower.

She wanted to ignore him. No matter how much he tried to win her back, it was all in vain.

When the excitement of this fresh endeavor wore off a few days later, he would not be so clingy anymore.
