"I hope the same for you and Mu Xian," said Zhaoyang as she beamed at the children with Zhiyu. The afternoon was full of laughter until the family left with Qinyu sleeping soundly on Mu Xian's back. "See you again when Xuxu gets discharged." 

"Buh-bye." The door was shut, "Do you think Yu is cute?" Asked Yunting.

"Yeah, she looks like Zhiyu a lot." She froze.

Wait, why is he asking this?

"Well, our daughter will be way cuter than her…if we have one." He looked at Zhaoyang, "Do you want another pumpkin pie?" 

Zhaoyang shuddered.

I knew this man never said what he meant. Why do I still fall for his double-meaning trap? 

"Dear President Huo, it would be very helpful if you could first take good care of your son before thinking of having a daughter," said Zhaoyang disdainfully as she walked back to Xuxu. 

"Alright, you said it, you mean it. Wait till Xuxu is discharged and we'll see." 

"It would take over a hundred days to heal. Use your hand, maybe."

"Do I look like I'm lying? You can ask the doctor if you don't believe me," she raised her brows provocatively. 

"Honey, what would you like to have tonight?" She smiled sweetly at the little boy on his bed.

"Anything as long as Yang Yang made it."

"Okay." She was thinking the same. She sauntered towards Huo Yunting, "Stay here and look after him. I'll be back." 

"Okay." 

Right after Lu Zhaoyang left, Huo Yunting approached the bed with eyes squinted suggestively, "Boy, do you know what your mama likes most?" 

"I know. I know. Dad, your smile says everything. Naughty dad." 

The little boy could comprehend the undertone as he smiled along with his dad and eventually chuckled.

"Daddy is doing something for the greater good. I promise. So you gotta help me."

Now I have support of Zhaoyang's most significant other. Nobody else could stop our future plan now.

Though, ugh, Huo Yunting, you have fallen, man. You need a 3-year-old to get things done now.

Huo Yunting ground his teeth while smiling.

"As long as Yang Yang is happy, I'll help you out. Rest assured!" The little boy patted his chest confidently.

About a fortnight later, Xuxu was permitted to discharge. "Yang Yang, pwease…can we pwease go Daddy's place?"

The joint attack was unexpected to Zhaoyang, so much so that she had to comply with their plea as they moved back to the bungalow.

"Isn't it obvious? I did it for the greater good. Just in case if he heard something next door and thought we were having a fight."
