1001、Out and Exposed I

Mo Ning did not respond. Instead, she took a look through the window as she saw the two cars charging beyond the chasing pack. They arrived next to her. 1

She drastically spun her steering as her car rushed upon a rocky pathway up the hill. It was steep and narrow where a mistimed turn could make them fall into oblivion.

The sharp turn redirected the two chasing cars towards her but the narrow path had caused them to crash into each other.

WHAM!

One of them was sent off the cliff while the other flipped and tumbled.

There remained only a car behind with two cars out of the way.

"Wew!" Jiang Xiuyuan whistled with amazement, "Now that, Mo Ning, is impressive."

Such skill, such tactic and such serenity despite being in hot water. I can see the same character setting from my side of the world too. 

So, Mo Ning, are you from the dark side too? 

None of your action justifies you as a good-at-nothing millennial, you know?

"Shut up." Mo Ning despised the more-like-wolf-whistle compliment as she glared upon Xiuyuan. The man kept his mouth shut while checking out the last car racing behind them.

They did not fire another bullet as they probably feared of tasting death the worst way, being sniped. The foes only chased after Mo Ning's car as fast as possible.

In curiosity he raised his brows as he checked out Mo Ning, "My dear Mo Ning, there's still one last car left, what do you propose?" 

"..." 

What do you mean 'what do I propose'? Does that car look like they are after me? It's YOUR nemesis, not mine! 

Stop acting as if I'm the one being wanted instead. Geez. Should have thrown you off the car so I can at least take a leisure stroll home.

She had a look at the path ahead of them before examining the tenacious enemies behind them. There was only one thing left she could do.

"W-what?!" Jiang Xiuyuan watched Mo Ning snatch the gun away from him. She placed one hand at the steering while her body tilted towards one side—that looked very dangerous. 

"Ready?" She pressed the safe as her elbow gradually turned the steering. 

She squinted her eyes and pulled the trigger. A shot was fired at the car.

Mo Ning could see the oil tank exposed underneath the slightly scratched front. 

The bullet made a dent as she continued shooting rapidly to empty the magazine. She was trying to break the oil tank and she did it! The oil tank was caught on fire as the last bullet went through the little opening and sparks lit it up. 

The car screeched as it had lost control. It was going to crash into them.

"JUMP!" And both Mo Ning and Jiang Xiuyuan hopped off their car.

The new car she bought blew up with the car on fire as the momentum sent Mo Ning 5 meters away right into the rocky wall. She passed out.

Jiang Xiuyuan managed to grab a huge rock while falling off the cliff. He climbed back onto the path, checked out the car burning like the adrenaline inside him as he dragged his steps back towards Mo Ning. He placed his index finger underneath her nose and could confirmed that she was still alive. 

Relieved, he took out his phone, "Get over here now. Coordinate: 40, 43328;..."
