Only after Sima You Yue approached, did she know that they had already started the game. Although she did not know what they were competing on, based on the stances, the Primordial Lands probably lost.1

Because Primordial Land's mood seemed very low and the other party were mocking them.

When they saw Sima You Yue, hopeful gazes appeared in their dejected eyes. 

"Elder You Yue!" A male wearing an embroidered Alchemist Guild badge cupped his hands to Sima You Yue. "Elder You Yue, you are here."

"The contest started?" Sima You Yue asked.

"Yes, several matches happened just now."

"How's the result?"

"All…. defeated!"

Sima You Yue launched a kick. "Did you all lose?"

"The other party says that since not all of our people came, we can compete for fun and will not be counted towards the result. But it really hurt our morale."

"The other party knows how to strike critically." Sima You Yue coldly snorted. She strode towards the Alchemist Union. She greeted the newly appointed vice president. "Vice president Liu."

Liu Hai was anxious. He was joyous when he saw Sima You Yue. "You Yue, you're finally here! The contest is about to start. I thought they couldn't find you!"

"It's already starting? Didn't we agree in a month?" Sima You Yue asked puzzledly.

"It's almost close to a month. We haven't found many enlistees. The alchemists and armament masters are alright. We have them. But they are not good in other categories. Those who went out still haven't gotten back. I don't know if they can find more people."

"When will it officially start?" Sima You Yue asked.

"Tomorrow afternoon."

Less than a day left. This seemed to be quite troublesome!

"Let's see the situation first. They are calling for me there. I'll go ahead." Liu Hai pointed to a group of people over there.

Sima You Yue looked over. Those people were the leaders of the more powerful forces in the continent which included the deputy leader of Sage Pavilion, Tang Yun. 

Tang Yun nodded at her then he continued talking to the people around him. 

The people around him were curious. Tang Yun had always been indifferent to everyone. Since he took the initiative to nod to others, they turned their heads to see but they didn't see any powerful people!

Liu Hai returned after a while. Sima You Yue was surprised at his speed. 

"You Yue, I discussed this with the others just now. If we can't find people from Hundred Changing Doors, then I would like to invite you to join the array competition." Liu Hai went straight to the point. 

"Me?" 

"You're also an array master. With your show of blink and spatial lock ability in Cloud Sea CIty, I believe your array skill shouldn't be bad." Liu Hai explained. "If we can't find people, can you also participate in that too?"

"Yes, but I don't know if I can win." Sima You Yue replied.

"We believe in you!" Liu Hai encouraged. "But don't have any pressure. Just do your best."

A good array master might not necessarily be able to do spatial lock or blink. But the ones that are able to blink and spatial lock must be a good array master. That was what everyone understood it to be. 

Although Liu Hai said there was no pressure, they still believed that Sima You Yue could do it.

Liu Hai sighed in his heart. If they didn't know her age or they didn't witness it with their own eyes, they wouldn't believe such a person exists. 

But why were there so few juniors with such talents?

"Sigh…" He sighed unconsciously when he thought of how they couldn't find anyone.

"What is the vice president still worrying about?" Sima You Yue regretted it after asking that!

If he didn't say it, she could pretend to not know. If he answered, she couldn't help herself from helping out.

Sure enough, Liu Hai was worried about finding people. 

"Alchemy has you and your Alchemist Guide. Armament has our Armament Masters Guild. If we can't find anyone for arrays, we have you. We have no beast tamers and seeker spirit masters." Liu Hai answered.

"Does our opponent have these covered?" Sima You Yue asked.

"Yes." Liu Hai said. "Many of the opponent's people are experts and the force is well-rounded, all of them of the powerful kind."

"It seems that the other party came prepared." Sima You Yue commented. "It is impossible for a single force to have so many experts."

"But that doesn't make sense!" Little Seven said. "They are obviously stronger than us. Why do they still want to do this kind of competition?"

"The plunder is temporary. Even if our strength is lower than theirs, it is impossible for everyone to get plunder by them. What they want is long-term." Sima You Yue said. "After all, if there is any big opportunity in the immortal land, it is more important than plundering others."

"Then they drive our people away from our side after they find that opportunity!" Little Seven exclaimed.

"If you see a treasure, would you leave?" Sima You Yue asked. 

Little Seven shook her head. "But they can use force to drive others away!"

"If you start fighting with others and weaken your own strength, not to mention the disadvantages in the subsequent treasure hunt, you may be taken advantage of by others and robbed of opportunity. Losing the treasure is not worthwhile." Sima You Yue said. "Their continent is not united. Each force is as close as distant to each other."

Just like people of Primordial Lands, before they met people of Feng Qi Continent, they would openly fight for that opportunity. Now when facing people outside the territory, they are united together. 

Little Seven found that to be so. If people of the Primordial Lands are excluded, then the opponent would have a lot of advantages in treasure hunting later. 

That would explain why those people came prepared. 

"There are no good seeker spirit masters and beast tamers. If we lose in these two areas, we must win the other three. So the pressure is a bit high." Liu Hai sighed.

"Then let's put these two competitions last and try to buy more time to find these people. Maybe you will find someone by that time!" Sima You Yue said. 

"I hope so!" Liu Hai sighed again, unsure of what to do in the later competitions. 

When he walked far away, Little Seven expressed her concerns. 

"Yue Yue, why didn't you say that you are a beast tamer and seeker spirit master?"

"If they can find these people, I won't expose my other two identities. It's best if they don't know about the "Imperial Beast Art" and "Soul's Search for the Root." 

Although she was not afraid of other people knowing now, it was always good to have less trouble.

The sound of a duel attracted everyone's attention. Sima You Yue looked over and found that people of Heartbreak Valley were fighting with someone!
