His arms crossed on his chest he took a step aside and then walked away leaving the armed fujoshi alone with her. Whatever Rui Li decided to do Rui Yewan would support her and besides, Ji Yao was gone and there was little chance that they would get into trouble.1

Rui Li sneered as the blade made a thin cut on the woman's neck. Blood slowly seeped down her neck staining Rui Li's blade. A malicious glint flashed in her eyes as she spoke up, "I am sorry my hand is a little shaky so if I accidentally slash your throat don't blame me."

The woman wanted to plead for her life but her voice couldn't come out. Even her servants were so terrified that they were trembling while helplessly watching them on the side.

It was unknown whether they would be dragging home a corpse of their Madam but one thing was for certain, they didn't want to join her at the bridge of forgetfulness drinking Meng Po's soup. Hence none of them pled on her behalf.

Rui Li's gaze shifted to the woman's soiled dress and the wet patch on the ground mixed in with gravel and mud. Her lips twitched in disgust as she withdrew her weapon.

"Disgusting," she murmured realizing she wasn't worth her time. Such a filthy dog that can soil herself in the street wasn't worth dying by her hand. She used the woman's dress to wipe away the filthy blood at the tip of the sabre with an evil grin on her face.

"I have better things to do with my time," she said before rushing to catch up with her brothers. When she spotted them she didn't slow her speed, in fact, she picked up momentum before jumping on Rui Yewan's back.

Rui Yewan who wasn't expecting someone to jump on him staggered a few steps forward and tried to shake her off his back. But just like a monkey, Rui Li wrapped her arms around his neck and his legs around his waist refusing to let go.

"For fucks sake..... Li-er, get off me!" yelled Rui Yewan struggling to shake her off but Rui Li was like a tick. Once she was stuck it was hard to remove her.

Seeing this Rui Fei chuckled as he suggested to Ji Yao, "Should I carry you like that?" while moving behind him and grasping Ji Yao's waist on either side.

Ji Yao laughed out loud as he stepped to the side freeing himself from this pervert's clutches. Pushing Rui Fei's hands away he asked, "Why are you touching my waist then? Shouldn't I be the one standing behind you?"

Rui Fei who had been caught red-handed smiled with the tip of his tongue pressed on his canine tooth looking smug. He reached out to hold Ji Yao's hand and as their fingers intertwined together he said, "Baby, I have multiple ways to carry you and some of those ways..... will have you screaming my name." He whispered the last part of his sentence his amorous gaze shifting from their joined hands to Ji Yao's face.

Ji Yao tried to mask the smile on his face by biting his lower lip with a flirtatious look in his eyes. He swapped out his right hand intertwined with Rui Fei's. With their left hands entwined he draped Rui Fei's arm across his shoulder as they carried on walking.

Soon they arrived at the so-called famous restaurant and the delectable scent wafting from this place was mouth-watering enough to invite them in.

Unfortunately, they weren't the only ones with the same idea. Before they even stepped over the threshold they had the unfortunate luck to meet Zhang Ci, Tong Tong, Xiao Yùnqì, Shuijing, Duan De and Xiao Lang, the main crew members of Red Valkyrie.

"Oh ho..... so you are all hanging out without us?" said Rui Li as she got off Rui Yewan's back.

Zhang Ci tsked with his arms crossed over his chest. "You are obviously doing the same thing. Ever since you reunited with your Yao-ge, none of us have seen your figure ever since. You already made your choice."

Rui Li chuckled while gesturing with her hand as though presenting a treasure that is Ji Yao while saying, "That's because he is more handsome than you. Take a look? Given the choice to pick between hanging out with a pig or a handsome immortal, my choice is obvious."

One could totally understand her choice. Given the choice to hang out with Zhu Bajie (pig from Journey to the west) or Wei Ying (no explanation is needed *wink **wink) who would you pick? The choice is obvious.

Zhang Ci who had been called a pig gritted his teeth as he angrily took a step forward but soon he wasn't advancing because Rui Yewan and Rui Fei took a step forward their expressions murderous. If he dared lay his pig hoofs on Rui Li he might get one of them amputated on the spot.

"Uh uh uh Captain. Please restrain them. I meant no harm," said Zhang Ci with a nervous laugh his hands raised in surrender.

Ji Yao watched him with a cocked brow only for Rui Fei to cover his eyes with his hand saying, "Don't look. You will dirty your eyes."

"Aish..... you truly know how to hit where it hurts the most, don't you? Rui Fei, you are heartless," replied Zhang Ci with his hands at the side of his waist.

"Since we aren't familiar with each other please refer to me as his royal highness," said Rui Fei before pointing to Rui Yewan, Rui Li and Ji Yao, "them too."

Ji Yao shook his head wondering what this man was thinking. Seeing this Tong Tong suggested, "Captain Ji, how about we have breakfast together? I mean who knows if we will ever have this opportunity again."

"Sure," replied Ji Yao as he led the way. Rui Fei who had been abandoned by his sweetheart rushed over and draped his arm around Ji Yao with a gleeful smile like nothing could ruin this moment.

The rest followed in with Xiao Yùnqì beating Shuijing into walking alongside Rui Li. She was a little disappointed having lost to Xiao Yùnqì but Zhang Ci was right there to offer his shoulder to lean on.

"You can hang out with me. I am also lonely," said Zhang Ci while loosely draping his arm around her shoulder.

Shuijing glanced at that arm casually placed on her shoulder with a hint of annoyance and shrugged it off. "Don't even think about it," she said with a warning glance.

Zhang Ci stood in front of her blocking her way and said, "Even Lady Ching Sei eventually fell for my father's charm despite the fact that she was into women for more than half her life," but she tried to walk past him.

Bam!

That was the sound of his hand grasping the staircase railing blocking her path. "I can make a bent woman straight. Trust me."

Shuijing, "..."

"Fuck off!" She swore before shifting to the side and walking past him.
