These weights are awesome!

Before the training session is over for today, I'm definitely going to ask if I can bring these home with me. I could really exploit this superhuman body of mine and keep these on while still attending to the rest of my life.

Eventually, that should start to show results, especially if I'm able to go on more assignments.

Of course, the silver bands would come off if the situation warranted it, but I still felt like it was a good idea.

After messing with them for a bit, I had finally realized how to use the weights properly. It was pretty simple, to be honest. Quickly tapping each individual band two times in a row would cause them to become heavier and lowering it would require me to tap them three times in a row.

Once I learned the basics, I was doing push ups while six hundred pounds attempted to drag me down. Combined with my own weight, that added up to eight hundred pounds. However, I was still pressing forward.

That's when Elena walked in, dressed in a blue tank top and a pair of gray form-fitting yoga pants, which I couldn't help but run my eyes over as she walked past me.

"Looking good, muscles! I'm going to hit the weights for a bit and then we'll get to the real training." The athletic woman informed over her shoulder.

I could see her perky nipples trying to poke through the shirt she was wearing, along with the way her ass was being tightly hugged by her pants.

"Got it, coach."

Shaking my head, I redirected that lustful energy into increasing my weights another two hundred pounds before doing laps around the large area. Keep in mind, this room was about the size of a standard football field.

It was time to put in some work.

~Elena's POV~

After I had finally arrived, I internally cheered when Dante stared at me with sexual desire in his eyes. It was nice to know that he wasn't scared of a muscular woman.

However, I noticed Dante's roaming eyes quickly harden as he began to suddenly increase his weights. Once they were adjusted to his liking, the man proceeded to do laps around the room. The sudden change in demeanor threw me for a loop.

Even though I began to go through my warm up exercises, my mind was still desperately attempting to decrypt the mystery that was Dante.

I would find out eventually.

~Dante's POV~

I had to have been running for at least an hour and a half without stopping before my ears picked up on the sound of Elena's voice calling me over.

"You up for a little spar?" She asked, which caused me to eagerly nod. I wanted to actually learn from these training sessions.

My body wasn't even that tired, it was just the fact that I needed a bit more time to get used to all of this extra weight while doing physically demanding activities.

Elena led me over to the other side of the room, away from the workout equipment, and got into an unfamiliar combat stance. I tried to mimic her movements and probably ended up with a horrible version, but it looked okay from my point of view.

Her face was dead serious, completely focused on me with the eyes of someone who also has way more experience. However, that was a good thing in this scenario.

The room was deathly quiet as we locked eyes, an unnerving silence permeating the area around us, and thats when she suddenly advanced towards me.

I waited for her to draw closer, wondering what she'd be capable of doing to me without some kind of superhuman strength. For that reason, my body stood still as Elena reeled back an arm in order to strike.

"Never underestimate your opponent."

My eyes widened when the director's hand coated itself in blue-green electricity, and by that time it was too late for me to dodge, her clenched fist smashing into my chest with enough force to make me slide backwards five feet.

Fuck! I should've kno-

Quickly ducking under a spinning hook kick, I slid to the side in order to try and get some breathing room, but Elena wasn't going for it. Thrusting her arm out and just barely making contact with my shoulder, that was all she needed to do before a painful shock coursed through my body and left me uncontrollably twitching.

"Urgh...!"

In a split second, my hand reached out and grabbed ahold of Elena before giving her a nasty headbutt. The powerful blow caused her world to spin and the way I threw her body a few yards wasn't helping it any.

"You never told me about your powers..." I stated, trying to regain my composure from the shock I received from her.

The woman slowly got back up, wiping the blood away from a cut above her eyebrow. It seems that headbutt did a bit more damage than I thought it would.

"It's always useful when people don't know everything you could have up your sleeve."

After that short discussion, we both readied ourselves for another bout.

Just from the first couple of seconds that this fight has lasted, I could feel the overwhelming difference between us.

However, all it did was increase my motivation to get even better.

I was back home, physically exhausted and ready to chill.

The weights were off as I sat on a couch in the living room. If I had kept them on, it would probably be a bad time for the furniture.

David was sat in his favorite chair, an old maroon recliner he's apparently had for years, which rested next to the couch at an angle. On the TV, a news reporter babbled on about political shit that I honestly didn't give a fuck about, and I was beginning to fall asleep because of it.

I could hear someone walk into the room before stopping right behind me. That was when I felt a pair of arms come down and begin caressing my shoulders, which relaxed me even more. They obviously belonged to Esther, who was wearing a cute little sundress with a gorgeous smile plastered onto her face.

David hadn't noticed her arrival, nor did he probably care that much, damn near hypnotized by the TV. Esther brought her head down to my level, lips just barely touching my ear as she seductively whispered to me. "Your body seems tense, handsome..."

She followed that up with a kiss to my neck and it was beginning to feel like she was trying to really seduce me with her actions, but I still quietly responded nonetheless. "I'm fine. It's just that my teachers have been handing out extra work so it can be a little stressful at times."

I didn't like the fact that lying was becoming the norm whenever Esther asked me about something, but I didn't really have much of a choice. It was either spill everything, or endanger her life by revealing information that she shouldn't have knowledge of, and I just wanted the mother figure in my life to be safe.

"Do you mind if I sleep with you tonight, Dante?"

The inquiry caught me off guard, especially since it was so random, and it brought up some questions that I decided not to voice.

"Uh, if you want. I have no problem with that."

For some reason, I had a feeling that made her happy. She gave me another kiss on the neck, rubbing my chest through the shirt at the same time, and her actions were beginning to wake my little brother up.

"Thank you. I'll see you later tonight then."

Before it could really start rising, she rose back up and left the room.

Meanwhile, David stared at the TV, oblivious to the interaction that just occurred a couple feet away from him.
