Milf Alert
~Nobody's POV~2
Dante was acting a little strange.
That had been the most prominent thought running around in Sara's mind after just two hours of casually roaming the bustling streets within the capital.
It was immensely crowded with people trying to reach different places all at the same time, but that didn't stop the two of them from exploring for a couple hours. However, during the time that they spent together, Sara had kept a close eye on Dante. That wasn't because she felt suspicious of him or anything either.
It was more so due to the fact that the black haired boy had quickly become somewhat of a mentor figure to the girl. While the two of them met less than a month ago, Dante had already started teaching her about archery. Not only that, but he's one of the nicest people that she's ever met throughout her very short life, and that contributed a lot towards her decision to follow along with him on his journey.
Throughout the entire duration of their exploration of the city, she keenly noticed that Dante had been really quiet for the most part, and it slightly unsettled the blonde haired runaway. What made it worse, however, was that Sara had a bad feeling that she knew what spawned this disconcerting behavior coming from him.
--------------------------------------------------
Right before the black haired boy entered the inn that held their room with Sara, there was a moment of hesitation prior to him making a decision all of a sudden and voicing that he wanted some time alone for a while.
There was a brief look of surprise on Sara's face, but the blonde haired girl nodded her head in acceptance a couple seconds later, not thinking too much about it.
Splitting away from one another, Dante continued walking amongst the crowds of people filling the streets while Sara retreated back into their room at the inn. They planned on staying here for quite a bit of time, which would give them lots of opportunities to explore the massive city together at a later date.
--------------------------------------------------
Near one of the entrances to the city, Dante found a large wooden board filled with the locations of specific places, as well as a bunch of other miscellaneous things that he considered to be useful to remember just in case. In the middle of it all, there was a descriptive map of the capital as well.
It reminded Dante of certain signs in shopping malls that provided the internal layout for those that easily got lost and no longer knew where to go. Earlier on their short journey throughout part of the city, he noted that there were also a few others propped up in different places, which he thought was a pretty good idea for the people that hadn't grown up in the capital.
Browsing the map for a while longer, a couple of other travelers standing nearby doing the exact same thing, Dante eventually found what he wanted.
--------------------------------------------------
Pulling out the vibrant crystal from his pocket for just a moment, Dante admired it's multi-colored appearance before tucking it away, making sure to keep it hidden from any prying eyes.
He stood in front of a wooden door that was cracked in many areas, a little sign right next to it with carved out lettering that indicated this was the correct location on his list of places to visit for today. This area of the city was a bit sketchy, especially the path towards this particular building since it wasn't all that visible for people who needed their services.
Taking one last breath of fresh air, he corrected his slack posture before pushing the door open. It revealed a dimly-lit room that showcased a few different kinds of jewelry in glass display cases near the back of the room where a scraggly looking man with messy blue hair was sitting, closely examining a piece of ornate gold with a handheld magnifying lens.
"Good evening..." The withered jeweler muttered in distaste, glancing up at Dante before stopping in his tracks. Giving the boy a curious once-over, he leaned back into his chair before focusing on the new potential client, keenly interested in the small satchel resting at the black haired brat's side. "What can I do for you, sir?"
With a motion of his arm, Dante purposefully revealed a sliver of what was held inside, the jeweler's persian orange colored eyes widening once he got a delightful peek at the sheer number of crimson red crystals that were almost overflowing from out of the bag.
It was about time Dante started learning how to do certain things on his own.
--------------------------------------------------
Walking out of the door with a pouch filled to the brim in coins, Dante took flight in his bat form once he got back to the main street, not caring about the crowd of people surrounding him on all sides as they walked towards their destinations.
At the sight of a boy shapeshifting into a completely different creature all of a sudden, exclamations of shock rung throughout the street while most of the pedestrians kept their eyes glued onto Dante as he flew away, quickly disappearing over the horizon of buildings blocking the rest of their view.
Essentially using the directional shift of wind as a boost of speed in mid-air, Dante soared through the sky as he approached the next place on his list. Once it was in sight, he proceeded to divebomb from the sky, landing on the ground with a quick precise maneuver at the last second in order to break his fall.
The street was empty and devoid of any visible human life. However, the vampire didn't think about it too much, and instead walked up to the house that was in front of him. It gave off a sort of cozy vibe for whatever reason, which Dante guessed to be a positive sign.
Gently knocking on the door to the house, Dante was originally expecting some kind of battle-hardened warrior to greet him when it opened up, but he was pleasantly surprised to find an attractive red-headed lady wearing an apron over her clothes.
He could immediately smell food being cooked when the door opened, which automatically made Dante assume that this just so happened to be the man's wife. Not to mention, she just naturally exuded the familiar aura of a milf, so he wouldn't be surprised if they also had children as well.
There was a short pause before Dante introduced himself, intent on making a good impression, at least on the woman. "Hello, my name's Dante Luca. I'd like to speak with Augusta if the man's available." He explained, deciding to keep the pouch of money at his side tucked away and hidden for a while longer.
The woman tilted her head, surprised at Dante's appearance at first, but that quickly dissipated once she could tell that he was a polite boy. After that, her natural motherly aura came to the surface as she displayed a calm and welcoming smile. "Well, you're in luck because my husband just came back from the market. However, you might need to wait for a bit since he's currently spending time with our daughter."
I fucking knew it.
"Oh, that's fine." Dante nodded in acceptance, assuming that he had to wait at the door until the man eventually came to him. However, after a couple seconds of awkward silence, the red-headed milf had other plans.
Feeling sympathetic for the black haired child, she opened the door to the house even further, motioning for him to enter. "I'm currently fixing lunch for my family. Since those two might take a while, you can just wait at the table for them to return."
Raising an eyebrow, Dante accepted the invitation. "Ah, thank you...?" He trailed off, not aware of the woman's name. The realization quickly dawned on her and she gave a light gasp, slightly bowing in a way to apologize for her manners. "My name is Flute."
"You've got a pretty name. Thank you, Flute." He said before entering the woman's home, followed by a slightly blushing milf.
