Noticing the woman's nervousness, Gu Mohan crouched down and whispered in her ear, "I'm able to save you, but on one condition. Once we get into my car, I want to do it."

There were some sounds and the two dark figures quickly vanished.

When Tang Mo'er lifted her eyes, a Rolls-Royce Phantom appeared. Gu Mohan had returned.

He had returned.

The Rolls-Royce Phantom stopped in front of her and the door opened. Gu Mohan got down the car.

His gaze was on her before his eyes riveted on the two unconscious bodyguards who collapsed on the ground. With a deep voice, he asked, "What happened?"

Tang Mo'er's heart pounded, did he realize something?

"I did it."

"Ha, you take me for a three year old?"

The man's gaze was sharp and piercing like an eagle, his lips pursed into a spurious smile. He slipped one hand into his pocket, reaching for his cell phone. "Seal the exits and get me all of the surveillance camera tapes, I want a list of all suspicious characters who have appeared in this building."

Thump. Tang Mo'er's heart started pulsing, this man has an acute sense, he wasn't convinced by her.

His gaze was just like an x-ray, he could tell if anyone was keeping any secrets or hiding anything from him.

At that moment, Tang Mo'er spotted two dark figures with the tail of her eye, they were charging towards Gu Mohan in one swift motion.

Tang Mo'er rushed forward, encircling her arms around Gu Mohan's trim waist.

The two dark figures instantly abandoned their plans and retreated.

Her sudden actions jolted Gu Mohan, he lowered his head, picking up her jaw with one hand. As he looked at her with a piercing gaze, his tone interrogating and sarcastic. "Who are you trying to protect, hm?"

She was protecting him.

The two dark figures were planning to attack him, she moved over to protect him without any deliberation.

Tang Mo'er looked right in his eyes. "Hang up the call, stop investigating."

Gu Mohan lifted his cell phone. "What are you afraid of?"

She then turned around to leave.

Even though he knew she would just kick him to the kerb once she had used him, he just couldn't bear to leave her alone. He was still worried about her.

The mere thought of President Wang laying his hands on her made him want to chop that scumbag's hands off.

"Tang Mo'er, I dare you to leave. As long as your men are still in the Capital, I have my ways of finding them!" Gu Mohan waved his cell phone around.

Tang Mo'er turned around. "President Gu, what do you want from me?"

Gu Mohan's reddened eyes were fixed on her face and he replied, "I told you, I want to do it with you."

Before she could even finish her sentence, Gu Mohan raised his cell phone again. "Hello—"0

"President Gu!" Tang Mo'er shouted.

Gu Mohan ended the call, he strode towards her, wrapping his arms around her slim waist before he took a few steps back again. He now sandwiched her between the car and himself, his movement was fluid and he was overbearing while he said, "It's fine if you don't want to do it with me, you'll just have to put on a red bodice and let me see you in it."
