Turning around, Lu Jinwen's facial features were all tense as he exuded a baleful aura. With bloodshot eyes, he asked, "What are you scared of?"

Lin Xuanji's face was covered in tears. "I'm scared that something bad will happen to you, I really don't want you to get into trouble."

He lifted his hand, wiping away the tears on her face with his calloused fingertips. Lin Xuanji held onto his hand, looking at him with teary eyes. "Have you lost all your feelings for me now? Do you not want me anymore?"

"I want you, I still love you even if you've slept with another man." Lu Jinwen remained calm, he took no time to deliberate at all. He said it so decisively.
