Ethan, who aloofly sat on his chair, clenched his fist until they turned white.

His eyes turned cold as he stared at the man before him.

"Who is she?" He grumbles.

Senior Mr. Li smirked. "Oh, I'm pretty sure you know her very well." He said in a taunting tone.

Ethan raised his eyebrow in confusion.

"Who?"

"The CEO of the White Phoenix Empire, Lillie Bai."

"Mr. Li, I expect that you've been filled with the matter you're about to face?" A beautiful yet cold and emotionless woman spoke monotonously.

"As a matter of fact, Mrs. Li, yes, I've been informed of this 'wonderful' news." Ethan Li said, nonchalantly sipping his wine.

Lillie Bai simply blinked, unamused and unaffected by his statement.

"Your manners are dull as always, Mr. Li. Do address me with formality." She crossed her arms. "I insist."

Ethan raised his eyebrow. "Oh? Calling you Mrs. Li isn't formal for you?"

"In all honesty, it sounds foul in my ears." She bluntly retorted.

"Well, I do hope you get used to it, Mrs. Li, for everyone will be calling you that for the rest of your life." Ethan Li leaned forward and smirked devilishly.

Lillie Bai didn't back down and shot him a condescending look, her lips twitching.
