[Bonus chapter]Chapter 275 - What if I prefer the bad boy more?
Robin was shocked and hugged her from behind, resting his head on her shoulder.0
"I love you so much. I never thought about it that way, and I will let you know if she calls again," he whispered, his warm breath turning her ears crimson.
"Okay," Sabrina replied, and Robin let go, lying on his back and staring at the ceiling in deep top. Turning to his side, he asked her,
"So, can you lie down here? I won't do anything you don't want me to do. I just want to sleep while holding your cute bump."
Reluctantly, Sabrina laid down on the bed with her back facing him, and his fingers slipped under her dress, finding her naked bump and caressing it.
Sabrina felt strange and placed her hand on top of his to stop his movement.
They both understood each other without speaking, falling asleep in that position without letting go of each other's hands.
At Daniel's penthouse.
Daniel felt strangely nervous as they entered because of what he had planned. This could either go well or ruin all his plans.
The moment he saw Lizzy for the first time, he knew something had changed inside him, and he no longer liked the things he used to like.
Everything about him had changed, even though he hadn't had the opportunity to go on a date with her.
For this reason, he made every effort to avoid messing it up and prevent her from developing a negative perception of him.
He had never believed in love at first sight until he met her, but how could he explain it to her without embarrassing himself since he had never proposed to any girl before?
"I'll warm up breakfast," he said nervously, rushing to the kitchen as soon as he spoke. But Lizzy held his hand, stopping him.
"Let's do it together."
Daniel stared at her, remembering everything she had told Matilda and Sabrina.
She had mentioned them not being intimate, but he wasn't sure to what extent, which made him scared.
The fact that she was a virgin heightened the fear, as it was known that the first time would be painful. What if she ended up resenting him for it? This was the first time the guy had been with a virgin.
It was also clear from her conversation with them that she liked him a lot, but he wasn't sure if she wanted to take the relationship to the next level.
"Not a bad idea."
"So, what are your thoughts on our relationship?" Lizzy asked when they reached the kitchen. Daniel was picking up plates and paused at her question.
"I feel like you're speaking in riddles," he said, being careful not to give a wrong answer since her question wasn't clear.
Lizzy swallowed nervously, feeling desperate but trying to appear calm. They had already been on so many dates, and she was tired of waiting.
"Is there a future for us?"
Daniel took a deep breath, placed the cold food in the microwave, and turned to face her.
"Are you sure you're hungry?"
He confirmed from her question that she wanted more from the relationship, just like he did, which is why he asked.
Lizzy felt disappointed, thinking he didn't want to answer the question and was avoiding it.
"You don't want to answer my question," she said annoyed. Daniel closed the gap between them and held her hand.
"No, no. I have something to tell you after breakfast," he said anxiously, staring into her eyes. Lizzy's heart skipped a beat, and she replied,
"Then breakfast can wait." She was eager to get an answer to her question more than she was eager for food. But when the microwave beeped, Daniel took out the hot food and said seriously,
"Are you sure? I insist that you eat."
Maintaining eye contact, she picked up a fork and started eating the scrambled eggs, not minding the temperature because she was eager for an answer.
"Okay, so I'm eating," Lizzy said with a mouthful of food. Daniel was amazed and asked,
"On the counter?"
Lizzy looked into his eyes and sipped pineapple juice to help the food go down faster since her mouth was full.
"What do you think about it?" she asked, and Daniel found it hard to speak the words on his lips. When he couldn't hold it in any longer, he said honestly,
"Sexy."
"Then you should join me," Lizzy blushed and said, suggesting they have breakfast in the kitchen to make it faster.
Daniel agreed, and before his hand touched the food, Lizzy shoved a bite-size piece into his mouth.
"Mmm," he moaned and started eating.
She continued feeding him, and he kept eating. When she stopped eating and focused on feeding him, he started feeding her in return.
"Mmm, that's too much," Lizzy said, covering her lips with her hands to prevent him from overfeeding her.
As Daniel watched her smile, he couldn't keep up with the self-control he had gathered to tell her at the right time and said,
"Lizzy, I love you."
Lizzy froze, and when she regained her composure, she gulped down the glass of pineapple juice.
She was expecting something, but not this much, considering how he had never initiated intimacy until recently.
Maybe her mind was playing tricks on her, and she didn't hear him correctly.
"What did you say?" she asked seriously. Daniel looked into her eyes and repeated himself, this time with more confidence.
"I said I love you, Lizzy. I've been trying to be a good guy." His hand wrapped around her small waist, pulling her closer.
He removed the hair clip from her blonde hair, allowing it to cascade down her back, and he thought she looked even sexier, especially when she asked,
"What if I actually prefer the bad boy?"
Lizzy's heart raced. All this time, she thought he only saw her as a sister, but he had been waiting for the right time to be her ideal man.
Little did he know, he know that she was actually thrilled by his bad boy nature, if he would commit to her exclusively.
