''How are you feeling, Buchou?'' Yuuto Kiba, the knight of Rias Gremory, asked softly as he approached his king along with the king's rook, Koneko Toujou, and the bishop, Asia Argento.

After waking up, Rias found out what happened. Apparently, Azathoth had given their race a deadline... if the demons could not pay the remunerations for their efforts, then he would eradicate their race.... What a joke!

Azathoth was clearly the villain here, but you can't do anything because of the power difference...

While Rias was throwing all the blame for what happened bad to her and her peerage on Azathoth, Sirzechs Lucifer, Grayfia, Zeoticus and Venelana found themselves inside Sirzechs Lucifer's office.

''Mother, Father...'' Sirzechs gave them a short greeting with a wry smile on his face.

''Son, have you decided anything?'' Zeoticus asked carefully, as he did not want to appear to be a minion of the Devil's Council. His son gave him an inspecting look and then let out a defeated sigh.

''I haven't decided anything yet... but some kind of marriage arrangement or something along those lines would be better for this kind of situation... but I can't do that with Rias.'' Sirzechs said.

''... She won't be happy at all if you make that decision.'' Zeoticus said carefully while his wife still held him responsible for their daughter's last arranged marriage. Fortunately, Venelana ignored him for the time being.

''But is my sister's happiness more important than the survival of the entire Devil's Race?'' Sirzechs asked as he shook his head. He knew that he would never be able to make that decision... he would never prepare his sister for such a fate... the Devil's Race might be doomed

''Did Serafall talk to you after the meeting?'' Venelana asked and Sirzechs gave them a small nod.

''She was not happy with the Council's decision, she felt betrayed and she was not wrong. After doing so much for our Race, they still treat us in such a way...'' Sirzechs spoke with a lot of venom in his voice.

''Did she decide something?'' Zeoticus questioned and poured himself a drink. Again, Sirzechs nodded.

''She's going to offer herself...she thinks she would be helping her family that way and would be gaining a lot of power if her plan worked.'' Sirzechs said and both Zeoticus and Venelana nodded. They could also see the calls of Serafall's plans.

I don't know whether to laugh or groan. Do they really think I will accept a marriage arranged by them?

I already have to deal with MY girls and their hormones and the devils want me to deal with some demons for them?

I think Kuckbiel has finally reached the age of going senile. I understand that Kokabiel stole the Excaliburs, but why on earth is he trying to pull me into his cute little agenda?

Kokabiel is simply at the height of stupidity. I simply cannot understand why someone stupid like Kokabiel was able to survive long enough to become a Cadre.... He's pathetic. Oh well... he'd be dead anyway. No big deal then.

There is also that kid, Vali Lucifer, who is all the time threatening me with death inside his head. Since he wants to die so badly, I can grant him that.

In all this destruction that awaited them - Eloah became interested in this fight - Devil's Annihilation and decided to watch from the VIP box.
