Rykker looked around the empty street and the blanket of the night that made everything hard to see as his eyes landed on the 2 girls and the man in front of them that looked towards him with eyes filled with killing intent.1

He gave a light laugh as he recalled using his fast sword to take out two Bronze weaklings that had turned out to be the parents of the ones in front of him, and he didn't get to finish the job as his Commander came!

His eyes looked at the crimson hair on Annalise and the dyed dark hair on Rose as they lit up, a cruel smile filling his face as he spoke.

"I remember the little cowards on the ground that watched their parents die. Why don't you come with me for a second? I still have more things to show you."

He nodded towards his Silver Rank compatriot and the Bronze Blessed behind them as cruel smiles appeared on each of their faces.

"Over there should be good."

One of the Bronze Blessed looked around them and pointed out a darker alley between buildings where very few beings passed across, a Silver light shining on Rykker as he sent pressure over the party of three while repeating his words!

"Now, don't make me repeat myself again."

Noah and the two girls weren't outwardly showing their silver auras as Rykker didn't even bother to check, only recalling how they were weak and helpless just over a day or 2 ago.

He didn't notice the cold light and wrath simmering in Noah's eyes, nor the eyes of the girls that were about to erupt!

Noah simply put his hands on the shoulders of the two girls as he motioned for them not to worry, the party of three following the 2 Silver and 2 Bronze enemy Blessed into the dark alleyway.

Rykker's eyes shone with malice as he looked at the girls beside Noah while speaking.

"I didn't enjoy the simple swings of my Sword that took away your parents, but I am going to enjoy myself in the next few hours while I make you watch something beautiful."

His face was twisted with a dark smile as his eyes snaked over Annalise and Rose, but his pace was brought to a halt as he heard an extremely cold voice come out from the man in front of these girls!

"Not today."

RUMBLE!

A single word! But it was a word that was accompanied by a wondrous flash of Silver light as in the opposite alley behind the 4 enemy Blessed, an enormous Horned Serpent made its appearance.

SHAA!

The moment it was called forth, its terrifying jaws moved in the small space as it ripped the bodies of the two Bronze Blessed in half, blood gushing out like rain as it moved at great speeds!

WAA!

Before the 2 Silver Blessed could even react, the fast Rift Boss as its enormous body wrapped around them, the small alleyway becoming extremely cramped as the writhing muscles of the Horned Serpent constricted around the two bodies of Blessed.

Recall that a Rift Boss required 10 Blessed on the same level to match it!

It was extremely hard to fight against a Rift Boss, especially when one was unprepared and it struck fast!

"Huk…!"

The 2 Silver Blessed felt their lungs were about to be smashed in as their bodies flashed with silver light, but they weren't able to break out of the shocking restraints as in the next instant, Rykker felt a strong hand clasp onto his neck while his body was nearly bulging out from the constricting pressure!

"You seem to think that you're the only one who can be cruel."

RUMBLE!

His words were filled with coldness as his hands shimmered with an intense silver light, acting quickly as he squeezed down on the throats of the two incapacitated Blessed!

Annalise appeared by the side as her body burst with coldness, the bodies of the two beings becoming even more constricted as they couldn't make any actions.

A SILVER Rift Boss, and two Silver Blessed ganging up on them...the Blessed from the Dark Continent could not break out of it!

Rykker could only look at the scene in front of him with shaking eyes as the hand clasping onto his neck...crushed his windpipe as he then felt it yank out everything it held from his throat!

SQUELCH!

The horrible sound of muscles and bones being torn rang out as Rykker's eyes shook with pain, his throat missing as his eyes began to dim- but not before he heard his last words.

"I can be cruel too!"

RUMBLE!

Noah's voice remained in the dark alley way as his blue eyes shone brightly, watching as the light faded away from the eyes of the Blessed that had so easily taken his parents' lives.

It was that easy! It felt so easy that the blame he placed on himself for not getting serious sooner and increasing his strength greatly felt heavy!

He watched every second of the Blessed losing the light in his eyes until he perished, his body turning into a mass of blood and flesh under the constriction of the Horned Serpent as he then turned his eyes towards the remaining Silver Blessed.

His left hand trembled with silver light while clasping onto the neck of this being, a myriad of thoughts crossing his mind as he squeezed tighter while his blue eyes brightened, the ability of his Inherent Skill, [Subjugate], being cast!

WAA!

An ability that worked on someone weaker or a being in the same realm but in a disordered state.

The Silver Blessed in front of his eyes had nearly burst from the intense pressure of the Horned Serpent wrapping around him, and Noah's hand clasped onto his neck as he could barely breathe!

He was as disordered as he could be, Noah's blue eyes shining brightly in the next moment as they carried a dominating light that covered the entirety of the vision of the Blessed, his eyes being covered by the light as it permeated into his mind and laid down shackles.

OOOOM

A resonance of energy later, and the Blessed's body was released by the Horned Serpent as its jaws frighteningly went towards the bodies of the 3 dead Blessed and swallowed them whole.

The only enemy Blessed from the Dark Continent that remained landed on the ground shakily, his eyes showing a revealing blue light as he looked up towards Noah.

The being then dropped to his knees while looking towards the blue eyes of the man staring down towards him with eyes filled with wrath, a shocking word being released from him.

"Master."

RUMBLE!

On this day, the first Inherent Skill of Noah was utilized to dominate a Silver Blessed from the Dark Continent.

It was the birth of a terrifying being that would exert his influence on the entirety of the Ethereal Realm. The birth of a being that would rip apart all authority as his blue eyes would be the last thing many powerful beings would see before they perished!
