[Absolute Mental Isolation Field]!1

It was a stupendous ability that Noah received from the Inherent Skill of the Mind Dominator when he entered the Quasar Realm! Before that he received [Ruler's Guider] when he ascended from nebula to Black Hole, this ability making it possible for him to gain a 1% increase in All Parameters of his abilities for every Subjugated being under him!

Of course, there was a cap of 100,000%, but even that was a stupendous number as it made Noah expectant to expand the number of beings that he had subjugated. 

Then there was the third skill unlocked under Mind Dominator that came when he achieved the Realm of Galaxy. This one was even more unique as it was termed Collective Mind!

[Collective Mind] :: The Dominator and the Subjugated can act as a collective consciousness as the passive abilities of High-Speed Processing and Parallel Minds, increasing the mental computing capabilities of the Mind Dominator greatly.

An ability that allowed for high-speed mental computing among other things as the major takeaway from it was that if Noah thought slow before...he would be able to account for and look at many possibilities in than the passing of a millisecond as he acted at faster speeds than anyone on the same level as him.

These three unlocked abilities were only under Mind Dominator, and there were still 6 more that came from the Ancient Mind and Telekinetic Emperor Inherent Skills!

Against the newly arriving enemies from the Empyrean Conclave, Noah began to utilize them one by one as after he made them not capable of even contacting outside forces, he continued calling out slowly.

"[Absolute Protection], [Mind Realm]."

THRUM!

The faces of the powerful experts from the Empyrean Conclave changed once again with Noah's casting of two abilities, this first one actually causing a milky light to wrap around Annalise and Rose's bodies along with Noah, this being an [Absolute Protection] that would not fail as long as Noah's mind didn't fall!

It redirected all damage onto his vast consciousness as for as long as he could withstand it, Physical and Mental Damage were as good as nullified.

As for [Mind Realm]...it was an even stricter form of secrecy as Noah wanted no possibilities of problems, this ability allowing him to transform the surrounding space and the existences around him into a unique Realm made purely of mental essence!

Within this Mental Realm, Noah was capable of displaying +1,000% more of his power as the enemies suffered a -20% Reduction in All Stats, and for the current situation when he also cast  Absolute Mental Isolation Field that had its own 20% Reduction- all enemies would have nearly half of their power cut off before the battle even began.

With the cast of the skill, the spatial laws around the area they were in changed as everyone found themselves not in the Sanctuary anymore, billowing blue smoke being seen all around them as it formed into a dome like structure that enclosed all of them in! This dome-like structure was the separate mental space that Noah had brought everyone to, the [Mind Realm] that would feel like a hellish space suffocating all enemies!

The leading Elder from the Empyrean Plane felt this more closely as he was the most powerful one there, his constantly changing expression gaining a forbidding somberness as he called out powerfully.

"Sir...If we intruded in your domain, we can talk first!"

WAA!

Even though he could see Noah was barely entering his 20s, the aged Elder that had lived for hundreds of years actually called out with a face full of shame as he felt the situation was becoming increasingly advantageous!

When he looked around him, all of those he brought here ranging from Nebula all the way to Galaxy had even more somber expressions, a hint of fear even being seen in their eyes when they felt the terrifying aura that the calm being before them was now releasing.

But Noah only smiled lightly as he didn't listen to any of their words, casting Ruler's Emanation as a terrifying pressure descended down, the enemies before him feeling like the weight of the whole sky had fallen on their shoulders as most of them even fell on their knees!

At this juncture of sudden oppressive power descending down, Noah cast the newly gained third skill of the Telekinetic Emperor.

"[Illusory Will of the Emperor]."

WAA!

His mental essence billowed out in waves as it descended onto the minds of the dozens of experts still under heavy pressure from Ruler's Emenation, Annalise and Rose looking at this scene in awe as Noah had tremendous control of his consciousness to selectively only affect those he wished, the two girls only affirming their beliefs of how ridiculously powerful the man in front of them was!

They watched as Noah's third skill under Telekinetic Emperor took effect, this one inducing those who couldn't protect their mental states into illusions that when they fell into...they wouldn't be able to leave!

"Ah…!"

The Origin of the leading Elder from the Empyrean Conclave shone brightly as he tried to fight Noah's tremendous waves of pressure, but against a consciousness that had devoured countless numbers of existences...what could a being at the same level do?

In a short period of time, the dozens of experts ranging from Nebula all the way to Galaxy had fallen to their knees as they had a myriad of expressions on their faces, all of them seemingly experiencing different illusions as all of their physical and mental defenses were torn down.

All of this...was done without Noah even moving a muscle!

His regal black robes draped over him gloriously as he glanced at the dozens of experts now on the floor, his eyes flashing with a powerful blue light as he spoke out the last piece of the puzzle to start on a path he could only continue forging forward on.

"Subjugation."

THRUM!

Arcs of blue light weaved from his eyes and billowed out, the defenseless existences currently experiencing illusions being akin to chicken brought to slaughter as they would be subjugated before they even knew it!

This...was the advance party from the Empyrean Plane that had descended onto Noah's Sublunary Plane to search for him, its very leaders about to fall first and silently as nobody would know what occurred here today!
