Noah let his essence spread even more pervasively under Ruler's Emanation, being capable of subjugating beings from vast distances as he locked on to dozens of Hegemonies in the Celestial Plane alone as well as hundreds of Paragons!0

All of these would be his new source of strength and even batteries for his mana reserves if need be, and due to his Mind Dominator abilities that allowed him to subjugate in the first place- he could also gain whatever laws and daos they comprehended as when they did comprehend Daos thereafter...he would be getting the increase in percentages as he could comprehend and assimilate daos constantly in Idle Mode.

Undeniably, the eyes of hundreds of Paragons flashed blue as they couldn't withstand his mental pressure, the Universal Hegemonies following soon after as with the addition of so many powerful subjugations came to flood of memories that would nearly make an existence have a case of mistaken identity for who they were.

But Noah's vastly strong soul that had devoured too many other souls took in all the flooded memories seamlessly, expanding his breadth of knowledge even further as every corner of the Celestial Plane and the larger Chaotic Universe it was in felt like his back yard!

If the strongest of all the beings in this Universe were under him, his authority would simply flow down as he would be the sole dominator of this Universe.

He felt like he had floated across its stellar space for hundreds of thousands of years as he knew every location and nook and cranny, this being a unique sensation that Noah alone could feel from the memories of his Subjugations.

"Haaa…"

He breathed out slowly as he felt all the new souls connected to him, as he felt all the links he could now tug onto for support whenever he wished.

It felt utterly freeing for him to paradoxically bind others as he could only open his cerulean eyes a bit later, finding the figure of Love looking at him weirdly as she sighed.

"The abilities you have are too powerful that whatever sense of revenge I had faded away when I saw what you were doing to them."

Love had a complicated look on her face as she gazed at Noah, a sigh leaving her lips as she looked around them and continued to speak.

"What now? The strongest of the Chaotic Universe are under your feet as if are bent on domination, you'll be stretching out to the other Universes within our Cosmos…"

She wondered what he would do as she would decide what she herself would do from it, where she currently didn't have any grand aims as she could relax within this Chaotic Universe in peace or even choose to explore the other Universes!

Noah nodded at her words as he replied with a smile.

"The Universes of this Radiant Cosmos, is it? I'll have them all under me in due time, but I'll take it step by step."

As he said this, his gaze was connected to his main body as he saw the churning destiny and fortune above his head, where there was also the sight of constant pouring of Marks of Antiquity that descended unto him after his influence stretched across an entire Universe!

Marks of Antiquity that he could use to form more Dao Galaxies and turn his normal Universes into Splendiferous ones, and if he wanted more of them...he had to expand his area of influence.

But he wasn't sure of all that was out there, so he would take things slowly as he continued to strengthen himself!

Even though he had just achieved Antiquity and could now bully Hegemonies, what if he somehow came across a random being that had also broken through to Antiquity? Or he came across an Abyssal Beast that had somehow crossed the bounds of Hegemony after all this time?

He loved his lowkey life so much that he had begun thinking in this manner, where before he continued to make outrageous moves that would involve multiple Universes…

"I have to obtain more information."

He had to know more about what he would face! 

For this, he would need to obtain the last portion of the Legacy of the Great Usurper- the portion that was neither a treasure or a trial, but the one that would fully give him the history and mantle of the Usurper.

Noah had a bright smile on his face as he felt the overwhelming power coursing through him and the new connections of a myriad of Universal Hegemonies, gazing at Love as he spoke languidly.

"I'll be finishing up with obtaining the Legacy of the Usurper first. Let me introduce you to my little sister in that time…"

…!

"You have a little sister?!"

Love looked towards him in shock as she had been looking at Noah like a larger than life figure with too many mysteries that she didn't even think about his family!

She shook her head as she sighed.

"Sure, I have all the time in the world now and now worries anyways…"

A spatial light wrapped around Love alone as she was teleported toward the Ethereal Realm where Noah's main body would handle the introductions, and the body of the 'clones that had just Subjugated the powerhouses of the Celestial Plane released waves of power as he opened a Dimensional Rifts before the starry space!

This was a Rift that led to the last Dimension that held the final portion of the Legacy of the Great Usurper. Noah had achieved a level of power that allowed him to smoothly create the gateway into this Dimension- such a thing being the only prerequisite that was required for the last portion of the Legacy.

There were no hoops or trials for him to jump over as the moment he achieved Antiquity, he could go ahead and obtain all of this Legacy!

WAA!

His figure disappeared in a flash of light as he withstood the Dimensional turbulence himself with ease, finding himself in a serene new dimension in a matter of seconds as all around him...there was a mixture of golden white essence flowing freely as it even formed into vast rivers due to how dense it was.

"You have arrived at the final junction."

THRUM!

Out of nowhere, a booming voice thundered out as Noah's eyes became sharp- a crucial meeting of the history of the Usurper and the reason for his death about to be known!
