"UN. See You Tomorrow."Lin Jiage didn't linger around for too long. After bidding Shi Yao farewell, he got into his car and left.1

It was only after Lin Jiage's car had disappeared that Shi Yao turned around and headed upstairs.

After showering, Shi Yao was just about to head straight to bed. However, when she walked over to her bed and saw her phone, she suddenly thought of something. She picked up her phone and glanced at the text Lin Jiage had sent her before he left.

After seeing the flight number, she immediately went online to search for the price. After which, she walked over to her desk, took out a small notebook from her bag, and made a note on it.

It wasn't even midnight the next day when Lin Jiage arrived at Shi Yao's apartment.

As Shi Yao lived in the suburbs and wasn't too far from the airport, it took her less than half an hour to arrive at the airport.

After checking in and passing through security, she arrived at the first-class lounge. It was only 12:30 am.

Shi Yao and Lin Jiage had their lunch in the first-class lounge.

Halfway through their lunch, Lin Jiage received a call. From the content of his conversation, Shi Yao could vaguely tell that he was a partner of one of his projects.

After the meal, Shi Yao decided to head to the washroom. However, seeing that Lin Jiage was still on the phone, she decided not to disturb him.

After exiting the washroom, Shi Yao walked over to the sink. Just as she turned on the tap, the door of another cubicle not too far behind her was pushed open, and a girl dressed in black walked out from it.

Shi Yao only took a quick glance at the girl, and she felt that she looked a little familiar. However, she didn't pay much attention to it, so she quickly washed her hands and prepared to leave.

However, the instant she turned around, the black-clothed girl happened to pass by her.

As if they had a telepathic connection, both of them stopped in their tracks and turned to look at each other.

The instant their gazes met, a hint of astonishment flashed across Shi Yao's eyes.

In just a few short seconds, Shi Yao retracted all of her emotions and prepared to leave as if she hadn't seen her at all.

However, before she could even lift her leg, Liang Mumu reached out to stop her, "Shi Yao, long time no see."

Shi Yao glanced at Liang Mumu's hand that was blocking her way, but she didn't say a word.

Liang Mumu quickly followed up with another question, "Shi Yao, do you have time right now?"

Without even thinking twice, Shi Yao instinctively wanted to Toss Liang Mumu the two words 'not free'.

As if she knew what Shi Yao was going to say, before she could say a word.., liang Mumu spoke up first, "I think you have a lot to say to me, right? It just so happens that I have a lot to say to you as well. My flight is at 3:30 AM. What about you? What time is it? But it's fine if you don't want to tell me. If you're not in a hurry to fly, can we have a chat?"

The words that Shi Yao wanted to say froze on her lips.

She pondered for a few seconds before nodding at Liang Mumu and saying, "Sure."

"Then wait for me for a moment..."after saying those words, Liang Mumu swiftly turned on the tap and washed her hands. After which, she took out a tissue from her bag and wiped off the water stains on her hands, she threw the tissue into the trash can and glanced at Shi Yao. "Let's go out and find a place to chat."

Shi Yao didn't say anything as she followed Liang Mumu out of the bathroom.

There were many areas in the VIP lounge, and the massage chair area was empty. Liang Mumu casually pointed at it and asked, "Is that alright?"

Shi Yao didn't have any objections.

After taking their seats, neither of them spoke first. About half a minute later, Liang Mumu spoke up, "I'm sorry..."
