Su Qingsang blushed in an instant and looked up at Shi Mengwan. "Did you bring any concealer?"

"It's such a big mark. Why bother hiding it?" Shi Mengwan laughed at her. "How intense! Come, tell me, how many times does Mr. Huo unleash himself on you every night?"

"Shi Mengwan," Su Qingsang could not bear to listen on anymore. "Don't forget that you're still single."

"That's right, you know that I'm still single. Didn't you think that I might gag when you shove such a blatant show of your married life in my face?"

Noticing Su Qingsang's look of embarrassment, she waved her hand. "Forget it, I'll stop laughing at you. I am honestly rather envious of you."

"What's there to envy about me?" Su Qingsang really felt that there was nothing to envy about her.

"Think about it: you obviously just casually grabbed a man to marry, yet this man is of such high caliber. He is handsome and treats you well. The bonus is that his bedroom skills are superb. Other women might wish for one of those qualities, yet you have gotten so many. Don't you think I should envy you?"

Su Qingsang was at a loss for words. Honestly, Huo Jinyao did surpass her imagination and expectations.

Ever since she got together with Huo Jinyao, her previous intention of just finding a man to lead a normal life with seemed to slip further away from her. 

He did, in fact, give her many pleasant surprises and unexpected moments.

"You're envious? Then be quick and go look for the 'big brother' you have been longing for. I promise he'll treat you better than how Huo Jinyao treats me."

"I think I can forget about that." Some thoughts seemed to dwell in Shi Mengwan's mind as she suddenly looked despondent. "I think I'll never be able to find a 'big brother' in my lifetime."

"Why do you say so?" Su Qingsang could not bear to see her like that.

Shi Mengwan gave a small smile as she glanced out of the window. "Qingsang, believe me, I wasn't wrong the previous time. The person I encountered previously was him."

"He admitted it?"

"No," a pained look flashed across Shi Mengwan's eyes. "He's engaged."

"How do you know that?"

"He came to my boutique to place an order for a wedding gown."

Su Qingsang became silent. This matter…

"Wanwan, don't be like that. I feel that you will really meet a better man."

"Really?" Shi Mengwan turned to face Su Qingsang. "Alright, it's no big deal. I won't die without a man anyway."

"It's good that you can put things into perspective." Su Qingsang had no idea what went wrong with that 'big brother', but it had been so many years. Shi Mengwan had already waited long enough.

The waiter started to serve the dishes, and whatever words of comfort which Su Qingsang had at the tip of her tongue remained unsaid.

"Let's dig in," Shi Mengwan picked up a pair of chopsticks as she spoke. "You're going to be away for half a month this time. We'll catch up again when you're back."

"Mmhmm."

Two striking beauties were sitting right by the glass window. A car drove past outside the window and at that moment, the traffic light turned red.

The person in the car kept his eyes on the two women until the traffic light turned green.

Su Qingsang and Shi Mengwan were completely oblivious to that.
