"… What is it?" I asked, doing my best to keep the blood inside my nose, as I peeked down at her chest, just barely visible, teasingly so. Her glasses amplified the sexiness as she smiled, knowing she'd successfully seduced me with this outfit, and she leaned in even closer, beside my ear.1

"Well, you see… you and the other girls get to spend so much time together like there's nothing different, but… as a teacher, you and I can't be seen close in public. It's not really fair, is it? Hence, I want some alone time with you as well. And that's exactly why… I propose—we have private lessons."

I blinked.

"Hold up, that means… earlier, when you were talking about choosing one lucky student to give private lessons to…"

"Yep," she said with a beaming smile. "I wasn't lying when I said that."

I chuckled. "You sure? Because to me, it seems like you'd already chosen your candidate for said private lessons long ahead of time."

"Maybe so, but that's not the point here," Ling Xin said with a wink. "So? Will you accept?"

I fell into thought for a moment, considering my options. It was true, Ling Xin and I would have difficulty spending time together given the situation and our respective positions at this school. "I've purposely set them at a time that won't conflict with any other events that will be happening at the school, much less any classes. Every Saturday, 9 PM. Should be fine with you, correct?"

"Great!" Ling Xin cheered happily, and lifted my hand before enclosing it around one of her breasts and giving it a squeeze.

With a flushed smile, she backed away, leaving the soft and tender feeling of her breast in my hands.

"Goddammit, Ling Xin…" I muttered under my breath, and moved to leave the room.

"See you tomorrow, Xuan Kai~" She waved, voice low and seductive. I gave a sigh and left the room, only to find several male students waiting there for me, apparently surprised at my sudden exit.

"… What are you all doing here?"

"We should be asking you that," one of them said. He was the grey-haired boy from the exam center, and seemed pretty haughty as he folded his arms. "What did you do in there with Ms. Lixia?"

What did I 'do'…? They're really assuming the worst right from the beginning, huh? Well then… a normal person would just deny everything and lie, but heheh… I feel like having a bit of fun.

"What did I do, eh?" I chuckled, waving them off. "Don't worry about it. It's nothing kids would understand. Maybe I'll tell you once you're a bit older."

"Wha- hey! I'm 21, you know!"

I blinked. "You serious? You're… about 2 heads shorter than me, though…"

"Grrr… my height is not representative of my age, okay? Look!"

He opened up his Navigator and showed me his Status screen as if trying to prove it, and indeed, beside the age column was the number '21'.

In other words, he really was older than me. Not that I cared. The joke was done, if that's the case.

"Well, you see, either way, what we did in there is none of your business," I said, starting to walk past them. "But if you really want to know that much, maybe you can ask her yourself."

That's right, Ling Xin. This is payback for suddenly forcing yourself on me. Enjoy the hassle.

"Like hell I'm doing that!" The kid stormed his way in front of me, and I came to a stop.

"… Dude, what's your problem? Our next class starts in like two minutes, you know?"

"Hmph. I am aware," he said, all of a sudden trying to sound mature or something. "But before that, as classmates, I believe a self-introduction is necessary."

You serious? You don't care about the whole deal with Ling Xin anymore?

"Uh… okay. My name's Xuan Kai, Human Race. Nice to meet you."

"Xuan Kai… noted. I am Prince, the eldest prince of the Demon Race. Now then, Xuan Kai, tell me what you did in that room."

… This can't be real. He really went through the effort of a self-introduction, only to ask the same question in the end. And on top of it all, he's a prince named Prince. This whole situation is about as bizarre as it gets.

I sighed, giving in. "I accidentally left my Navigator in the classroom, so I needed to go back and get it. The teacher gave me a good scolding, that's all."

"Hm… I see…"

"Boss, are we still beating him up?" One of the other male students beside him, already having been turned into his lackey, spoke up.

"No, idiot! Didn't you hear? He just forgot something, is all. And he got scolded for it too, which means he's gotten on Ms. Lixia's bad side."

Hearing their pointless argument, I couldn't help but sigh internally. I mean, how did dimwits like this even get into this academy? Prince was an Elite, probably because of his status, but this lackey… he was an Elite as well, wearing the uniform of one. Their respective Supports were also there, though them being dimwitted was understandable, at the very least.

"…" Silently, I turned around and began walking away, wanting to forget this conversation never happened.
