From afar, a female figure caught sight of Shi Qiao and Fu Meixu. She couldn't believe her eyes. She walked towards them and clicked a picture of them before approaching their table.

"Shi Qiao." The female figure greeted with a smile that was not a smile.

Shi Qiao and Fu Meixu glanced at the familiar figure that interrupted them. Shi Qiao smiled and greeted her politely. "LangFeng, you're here?"

LangFeng ignored his pleasantries and asked directly, "Why are you here alone, where is Zhi Ruo?"

"I'm not here alone, I came out with a friend. Zhi Ruo is not in the city." Shi Qiao replied.

Fu Meixu who has been quiet all this while smiled satisfactorily at Shi Qiao's response before interrupting...

"Miss LangFeng, I guess you did not see me. I am Sister Ruo's junior, Fu Meixu." Fu Meixu introduced herself with a smile while sitting comfortably in her seat.

"Miss Fu, don't you know that Shi Qiao is Zhi Ruo's boyfriend? Are you that shameless to meet him behind her back?" LangFeng asked while lashing out at her.

"LangFeng! if you are here to cause trouble, please leave. Meixu is my friend." Shi Qiao said with a frown. He didn't like LangFeng's attitude towards Fu Meixu and he could sense her hostility.

LangFeng frowned. She still had something more to say but Fu Meixu cut her off.

"Miss LangFeng, I think you have something against me. Don't worry, I'm not a boyfriend snatcher. And besides, Sister Ruo never admitted that Mr. Shi was her boyfriend when she was asked about it, I only learned about it when I became friends with Mr. Shi."

Fu Meixu pretended to be angry while saying all of that. Shi Qiao thought she had been wronged greatly and felt bad. He hurriedly sent LangFeng away after he asked her to mind her words.

LangFeng was so angry when she left the restaurant. She stopped right outside the door and sent the pictures she took to Zhi Ruo before calling her on phone.

At the 3rd ring, Zhi Ruo answered the call. Her voice sounded drowsy as she asked, "LangFeng, why are you calling me by this time?"

"I can't believe you are sleeping by this time when your boyfriend is out with another woman." LangFeng scolded her angrily.

Zhi Ruo became clearheaded as she sat up on her bed. Hearing that her boyfriend was out with another woman, was enough to wake her sleepy head.

"What did you say? Which woman is that?" Zhi Ruo asked immediately. She was very curious to find out more details about it.

"I sent you a picture I managed to take. How you want to deal with it, all depends on you. I'm so angry, good night!" LangFeng said and hung up on her before walking away.

After LangFeng hung up, Zhi Ruo quickly checked on the picture she sent to her. Seeing her boyfriend, Shi Qiao and her enemy, Fu Meixu, her eyes turned red in anger as she cursed, "That bitch!"

"Are you okay?" Shi Qiao asked Fu Meixu with a frown. He was worried that she took LangFeng's attitude to heart.

"I'm fine. I'm only worried that Sister Ruo will misunderstand. I think I have to leave now." Fu Meixu said as she tried taking her purse to stand up but Shi Qiao placed his hand on hers and stopped her.

"There is nothing to be scared of. Zhi Ruo is my girlfriend but she doesn't like going out with me that much. You are my friend and I don't think it's wrong to go out with you." Shi Qiao said to her.

"But..." Fu Meixu said but Shi Qiao cut her off right at the moment their order came to them.

"There is no but eat first and then I will drop you off at your place since you're uncomfortable."

"Thank you!" Fu Meixu said with a smile. Inwardly, she chuckled to herself, as her clutches were really tight on him.

She knew that LangFeng would surely complain to Zhi Ruo about this and that was exactly what she wanted. This was the exact aim of her plans.

"There is no need to thank me, I should be apologizing for making you uncomfortable, it's all my fault. Go ahead and eat to your satisfaction." Shi Qiao urged with a smile.

While they were eating, Shi Qiao got a call from Zhi Ruo.

"Where are you?" Zhui Ruo asked in a heavy tone. She didn't bother to relax her tone before asking away. She was very pissed.

"I'm having dinner at the restaurant with a friend if that's the reason you are calling." Shi Qiao replied going straight to the point.

He was not a fool and definitely knew that LangFeng would tell Zhi Ruo what she saw.

Zhi Ruo was surprised that he was able to reply so calmly like it wasn't a big deal but she refused to be confused. "Which friend is that? A male or a female?"

"A female, you know who she is. Don't think about things that are not necessary. I don't want you to ruin my dinner, so I'm hanging up." Shi Qiao replied and ended the call immediately.

"What! What about my sleep you just ruined!" Zhi Ruo said angrily as she got out of bed and stomped her feet angrily.

She couldn't believe he was acting all selfish when he just ruined her sleep. She was more concerned about what Fu Meixu would think since she was there with him when he talked to her in that manner.

"Bitch! You dare to come after my man? Wait till I teach you a lesson!" Zhi Ruo swore and picked up her phone to make a call.

"Book the earlier flight back to City X tomorrow and find out Fu Meixu's schedule for tomorrow and send it to me immediately!"

Fu Meixu on the other hand didn't care what trouble was brimming, as that was what she has been aiming for. By pretending to be into Shi Qiao because she wanted a big drama to happen to teach Zhi Ruo a lesson and now that her aim was close, she was already very excited.
