What touched me

I got up and asked my auntie to help me bring out a desk that was left unused in the warehouse and put it in an inconspicuous corner of the study room. Sitting in the seat, I felt a little smug. 1

It was a good place to observe Gao Yinan every movement during work. Even a subtle expression could be seen.

Putting aside all the distracting thoughts, I calmed down and began to draw the design with my notebook. Because I couldn't hear it, it could completely block out all the interference from the outside world. I was so lost in thought that I did n' t even notice when Gao Yinan stood in front of me.

Gao Yinan stretched out his hand and pulled out my notebook. I was stunned for a moment before I recovered and looked up at him. His face clearly showed displeasure.

"Who asked him to work in the study?" His question sounded like a breeze in my ears. Even if I could read what he said, I would pretend that I didn't know. Anyway, I could n' t hear him right now.

He looked at his face with an innocent expression.

Seeing my expression, Gao Yinan felt helpless and simply confiscated my notebook.

I caught up to his desk.

"President Gao, please return my notebook to me."

Gao Yinan glanced at me, his lips curled into a bewitching smile.

"Didn't you plan on giving up? "Why do you want this thing to do? Let's just kill it. After all, it's completely broken."

When the fire burned, I only understood this sentence. I bit my lip and stared at his face.

"President Gao, please return it to me. It's my personal belongings." I reached out to snatch it, but he turned around and lifted the notebook high up. With his height, I couldn't snatch it back.

"It's fine if you want to get back to your notebook. As long as you obediently leave here, do n' t enter this office in the future."

"Impossible. I have to work here." I blurted out. Gao Yinan looked at me in shock and suddenly threw away the notebook and grabbed my shoulder.

"You... "Can you hear me?" His eyes were filled with anticipation, which startled my heart.

I didn't expect Gao Yinan would care so much. The words Lin Linlin had said earlier Gao Yinan she was in a bad mood at the company suddenly popped into my head.

My shoulder felt a little sore from being pinched by him. I let out a breath and revealed a pained expression. Gao Yinan hurriedly released my hand, and I rubbed my shoulder and helplessly said.

"Haven't President Gao heard of another thing called lip language? "I've worked as a volunteer in a special orphanage before, and I' ve learned a little bit of sign language and lip language." I said honestly.

Now, I was glad that I had done those things before. If it weren't for those children, perhaps I would have been immersed in fear and unable to escape.

"You've also worked as a volunteer in a special orphanage? "Why didn't you tell me?" I laughed when I saw his serious expression.

"Haha, President Gao you're so smart, and I' m just a small employee, how could you know what I've done? "Although I've been in the company for six years, I' ve kept a low profile and didn't strive for profit. How could President Gao notice a nobody like me?"

The corners of Gao Yinan's lips curled up slightly, looking helpless. He shook his head and turned around to return to his seat. He glanced at the notebook on the table. The open page was the sketch he had just drawn.

Gao Yinan eyes lit up as he picked up his notebook and handed it to me.

"What's the name of this piece?"

"Sunshine." I said in a deep voice.

It was the warmth that Gao Yinan gave me that inspired me to draw this piece.

As if he was interested in my design, I held my notebook in my arms." Do President Gao want to hear the inspiration for this design?"

He nodded.

"Actually, there are many people like me in this world who can't see or hear. Their lives seem to have fallen into the darkness. However, as long as there are those who care about him around them, the energy they release will warm their hearts like sunlight, penetrating the endless darkness and bringing them light."

"Light? What about you? "Have you found your light yet?" I was slightly taken aback by his words. The corners of my mouth curled up as I smiled and nodded.

I didn't think that this unfinished artwork would be taken into Gao Yinan's eyes. The next morning, my auntie left the house for a while. I didn't have much to do at home alone. I stayed in the courtyard to trim the flowers and plants in the flower bed.

However, he saw a bus parked outside the courtyard.

I poked my head out and saw the employees from various departments get off the car. This made me puzzled.

"Sister Xiao Bei." Yiyi quickly waved when she saw me.

I looked at them in confusion." Why are you all here?" "Don't you need to work today?"

Yiyi smiled mysteriously.

"Of course, I have to go to work. However, President Gao told me today that I'm going to give a special training class for the big guys. Moreover, you have to attend this class. Let's go. This is the mobilization of the entire company. How can we lose you?"

I was inexplicably dragged out by them and pushed into the car. Everyone was there. No matter how I asked them what they were up to, they refused to mention what they were up to.

When the car reached a familiar road, my mind buzzed. There was a bold guess that even I was surprised.

"Are we going to Angel Orphanage?" I asked Sister Yuanyuan who was sitting next to me in astonishment.

Sister Yuan Yuan only smiled. I couldn't be more familiar with the environment here. I knew exactly which street and which alley.

As expected, we stopped in front of the Angel Orphanage's door. As soon as I got out of the car, I was shocked by the scene before me. The children in the orphanage stood neatly at the door to welcome us.

When they saw me, the group of children all rushed towards me. This feeling that they hadn't seen for a long time made my heart palpitate. My tears began to flow uncontrollably. Even I could n' t tell why I was crying.

When I came to the Angel Orphanage again, the Headmaster was touched. Ever since his aunt passed away, there had been too many things that had happened. I had never been here again.

Perhaps there were too many things I didn't want to think about, or perhaps I wanted to forget more things, so I escaped from my heart, even though I was extremely concerned about these children.

Gao Yinan would arrange for everyone to come to Angel Orphanage. This was something I would never have thought. I didn't expect that a casual sentence from last night would make him care so much.

"Xiao Bei, son, you're finally back."

The Headmaster's words had completely wiped out my tears. I did n' t expect that they would treat me as one.

I didn't know anything about my memories before I was 12 years old. All I knew was that my only family was my aunt. I knew exactly how we had come through. In order to raise me up, she did everything she could do. At that time, a penny could overwhelm a hero, but her aunt had only accepted Angel Orphanage volunteer job. She had done it for over ten years.
