Angakok felt dismayed. 2

Seeing the decapitated head of his master was meant to make Max feel internally broken. 

Angakok wanted to see his helpless face filled with sorrow,he wanted to revel in his pain and anguish, but instead Max was glaring holes into his soul which made him seethe with rage. 

[ Immobilize ] 

The threat that Max emitted from his body despite being under the effects of the time seed, forced Angakok to use the spell ' immobilize ' to ensure that the boy would not lash out on him like a rabid dog. 

Once he ensured that Max would not move, he turned his attention to the demon gods gathered behind him as he indiscriminately slaughtered all of them using blood based attacks while they were unable to dodge, sparing just two in the end who he bound with blood chains. 

At this moment, he ended the effect of the time spell as he looked into the eyes of the terrified demon gods and grit his teeth as this was precisely the look he wanted to see on Max's face. 

The boy had made him suffer a lot! And he wanted to return that suffering a thousandfold. Yet the very first blow he wanted to deal to Max's psyche seemed to have fallen flat. 

" Listen to me you dark faction scum… " Angakok began to speak as suddenly the blood chains that he had created to bind the demon gods dispersed, freeing them in the process. 

For a moment the demon gods were too afraid of Angakok to move, however, as the Blood Shaman God tried to re-do the chains, he realised that he could not lift the chains for more than an inch off the ground as a higher power was restricting his blood magic. 

Angakok threw Max a look of disgust, jealousy and hatred as he put his full strength behind trying to raise the chains, managing to bring them to a height of about half a feet, but even at his peak prowess he could not lift it further. 

Completely immobilised, Max could not even move a finger, yet he did not even need to blink an eye to control blood. 

He was a primordial vampire, and Blood Manipulation was his in his very DNA. 

Although Angakok was the Blood Shaman God, he had merely adopted the blood, while Max was forged with it. 

In Front of his suppression Angakok was outclassed. 

Seeing Angakok struggle, the demon gods made a run for it, however, to their dismay, Angakok dropped the idea of using blood chains and bound them with divine iron chains instead as he hung them upside down from their feet and stared them dead in the eyes. 

" As I was saying…. If you two dark faction scum want to live, You will do exactly as I tell you to, do you both understand? " Angakok said as he unleashed his true aura and intimidated the two demons. 

Afraid for their lives and unable to escape, the demons nodded fervently as Angakok pointed towards the spot where Max stood immobile and said " Tell me his name " 

The two demon gods stayed mum for a couple of seconds as they felt like this was a retarded question, but then as the atmosphere grew heavy and they realised that Angakok was serious as he asked this question, one of them opened their mouth and said " He's Ravan Bloodfall, the rising star of the light faction and one of their best tier6 warriors. 

He alongside his first commander Max Rajput has won countless impossible battles and is one of the targets that even my lord Lucifer is closely monitoring" 

Angakok felt slightly irritated as he heard such high praise coming out of the demon's mouth for Max, but it was quickly replaced by elation as in this instance it was Max's own fame that was sure to work against him. 

Since he was such a popular figure and people already talked about him so much, when his true identity was revealed, it was sure to cause an upheaval and the news were sure to spread like wildfire throughout the universe. 

" Watch closely, demon, watch and leave this battlefield immediately to spread the news about the secret that you are now about to witness " Angakok said as he slowly strolled towards Max. 

At this moment Max had already realised what Angakok intended to do, however, there was not a single ounce of fear in his eyes as Angakok came to unmask him. 

His dual identity was absolutely essential for his standing in vampire society. 

Not only had he signed a contract to prove his innocence over the matter, it had taken him countless battles, meritorious deeds and good governance tactics to build a reputation for himself inside the vampire society. 

If he was now to be exposed as a fraud. A primordial vampire who had lied about his dual identity from the start, he would lose all the good-faith he had earned so painstakingly uptil now, but despite knowing all that, Max did not display any emotion of dread or fear as Angakok inched closer to his face. 

" I'm going to slowly strip you of everything you love. I'm going to destroy your reputation, kill your loved ones and only when I've returned the pain I've suffered back a thousandfold to you will I come for your body and enslave your soul for eternity " Angakok said vindictively as he stared into Max's eyes and ripped off his Angel's mask off his face, exposing his real identity for all to see. 

As the demons saw his true face, their stomachs began to roll as they realised that Ravan Bloodfall and Max Rajput were one and the same! 

Although there were minor differences in terms of the threatening facial scar being missing and the eye tone being brighter, everything else was the exact same!

Max Rajput was Lord Ravan Bloodfall all along….. 

Shakuni's younger brother was not a human but a vampire? 

It was a secret that was sure to rattle the entire universe!
