Qin Chu immediately ran up to her upon seeing her like that.

"Honey, what's wrong?" Seeing Huo Mian in pain, Qin Chu became anxious.

If you want to work at the hospital, I'll let you. If you want to go somewhere, I'll go with you. If you want to eat something, I'll make it for you. "Yes, I can..." Huo Mian answered quietly.

She lifted her hands, originally placed on her lap, and wrapped them around Qin Chu's neck…

"Honey, it was an emergency. That scumbag was going to rape a colleague of mine, and if I didn't do anything, he would've gotten his way with her. He used his power and authority to bully others, he… deserves it. He should've gone to hell," Huo Mian said with indignation. 

"So? You decided to play Robin Hood?"

"Do you know Taekwondo?"

Huo Mian shook her head.

"Do you know free-style fighting?"

"Do you know martial arts?"

Again, Huo Mian shook her head…

"Then tell me, if you don't know anything, what gave you the courage to try to save someone else? That person was drunk and had slow reflexes; if he wasn't, he would've hurt you. At the end of the day, men are physically stronger than women," Qin Chu said as he looked at her.
