"You shouldn't ask about these things, it doesn't have anything to do with you." Su Yu didn't seem to like talking to this girl.2

"Are you scared that I'll tell others? I won't, don't worry. I'm very principled," the girl spoke solemnly.

"How old are you?" Su Yu glanced at Xu Jiamin as he held a cigarette in his mouth.

The girl held up two fingers. "I'm 20 years old."

"Then why aren't you in school? Why are you here? Northern China is really cold this time of the year."

"Haha, I'm studying in Singapore, and there are tons of breaks there. I come back quite often… I rarely get to see snow in the south, and even if it snows, the snow melts as soon as it hits the ground. My grandpa said that winters here go on for as long as five months and it snows frequently, so I wanted to check it out."

"What's there to see, it's boring." Su Yu leaned back onto his Lamborghini, not sure what to talk to her about. 

They really didn't have anything in common…

"Take me to Imperial Star, please? I hear that you're the president of Imperial Star, and all the celebrities have to listen to you."

The girl was clearly a star-chaser.

"You won't see any celebrities at this hour. They're all shooting films or performing, there's no point in going."

"Oh, is that so? Then… then what do you do for fun around here? Take me out, or we can go and get some food or something," the girl said excitedly...

Su Yu woke up too early this morning, so he didn't have much energy…

"We'll have breakfast soon, we shouldn't run around."

"No, I want to eat out and feel the true side of living like a local."

The girl was very persistent, and Su Yu developed a headache from the noise she made…

He decided that he might as well take her out to eat; oddly enough, they ended up at Ah-Xin's Ramen outside Second High's back door.

"Is this ramen place really good?" Xu Jiamin asked as she looked at the small sign outside.

"It's alright," Su Yu insincerely replied and walked in first…

"Sir, two bowls of ramen, one big, one small," said Su Yu.

"No, sir, two big bowls, thanks."

"You can eat that much?" Su Yu looked at the girl in disbelief.

"You can eat whatever I can't finish."

Su Yu: "…"

He felt as if he had been struck by lightning; she was a shocker.

She was planning on giving her food to him if she couldn't finish? Did she think he was a garbage can?

"We need to make one thing clear, I will never eat your leftovers," Su Yu warned her in all seriousness.

"Hahaha… what are you so nervous about? I'm joking with you. I can eat a lot, a big bowl is fine."

Then the two of them sat down by the table.

It just happened to be the time that school started in the morning, and plenty of students walked in one by one through the back door of Second High.

Su Yu stared blankly as he looked at them…

If he studied here all those years ago, he would probably still fall for Huo Mian, right?

When Xu Jiamin saw how entranced he was by the students, she suddenly asked, "Are you into high school girls?"

Su Yu looked at her helplessly. "You're overthinking…"

"No… you chose to eat here, so there must be a back story… Tell me, did an ex-girlfriend of yours like to eat here?"

"No," Su Yu denied it right off the bat.

"Then a girl that you have a crush on likes to eat the ramen here."

Su Yu: "…"

"See… I guessed right. Haha, the girl you like graduated from this school?" Xu Jiamin asked suddenly.

"How did you know?"

"Just by looking at you… you took me to ramen shop near a school in the morning, I won't just naively think of how tasty this place must be. I knew that this place probably has some special meaning to you, and Grandpa said that you enlisted in the army at a very young age, so I don't think you went to high school. That's why I guessed that the girl you like must've graduated from here."

"Fine…" Su Yu slightly sighed and no longer said anything else.

"So, you don't actually like Jian Tong, right?" Xu Jiamin asked again.

"Why do you have so many questions? Am I an encyclopedia to you?" Su Yu was losing his patience.

"I was only asking… what's wrong with that?" The girl looked as if she has been wrongly accused.

Just then, she noticed a change in Su Yu's expression; his gaze fell onto the door of the restaurant, and he didn't even blink

She turned around to see an Audi R8 slowly park outside the ramen shop. A girl with delicate features got out of the car; she was wearing jeans, kitten heels, and a short black trench coat.
