Then, Huo Mian headed towards the stern of the ship.

Upon seeing Huo Mian leaving by herself, Huo Siqian turned around to follow her. However, before he could reach the door, An stopped him. "President Huo, please stay in your room."

"What do you mean? I'm an invited guest, don't I have the freedom to come and go as I wish?" Huo Siqian sneered.

"Of course you do, but the stern of the ship is restricted to President Huo and President Su, no one else can go there."

"Oh… I see it's where they flirt behind her husband's back, isn't it?" Huo Siqian spat viciously.

"What are you bullshitting about? Do you think the entire world is like you? If you defame President Su again, I'm going to make you pay for it. Don't think I can't do anything to you just because you're the president of the Huo Corporation. Don't you remember your knife wounds from last time?" An glared angrily at Huo Siqian.

An and Huo Siqian once engaged in direct combat because of Huo Mian. In the beginning, the latter didn't care much about Su Yu's little assistant. Mostly because he didn't even lose to Su Yu when the two fought.

To Huo Siqian's surprise, however, he almost died that time. If he didn't run away in time, An would've punctured his heart or lung.

Since that incident, Huo Siqian became more careful. He didn't even have a chance to kidnap Huo Mian and the twins.

"Good job, I'll make you pay for what you said today," Huo Siqian threatened.

"I'll be waiting for you," An replied with his jaw clenched.

After Su Yu went to the stern, An blocked the way and didn't let anyone but Huo Mian through.

An had been by Huo Mian's side for three whole years, and he knew she wasn't one to burn her bridges. The only problem was that she really didn't love Su Yu. An understood what Huo Mian was going through, but he also empathized with President Su's love for her.

When Huo Mian saw Su Yu, he was sitting alone with something in his hand, staring out into the vast sea with a grim expression on his face. The sea winds had messed up his perfect hair…

"Su Yu…" she called out his name as she slowly walked up to him.
