They knew that the truth was out. It turned out that they underestimated their mommy's intelligence.

Huo Mian didn't buy Qin Ning's cover-up, and she found out the truth from their grandpa.

It resulted in Huo Mian's fury, which had a serious consequence.

"Don't look at each other, look at me." Huo Mian caught the twins looking at each other, and it was as if they were passing signals with their eyes.

"So, who is going to answer my question. You guys went out alone without the bodyguards, without telling your grandpa, and avoided all the security cameras, causing chaos in the house, and scaring the crap out of everyone? So… whose idea was it?" Huo Mian couldn't suppress her anger and let it show in her voice.

After giving birth, she wasn't as calm as before.

It was because they would do enraging things at the times when you least expected it. 

"Honey, calm down and lower your voice, don't scare them." Qin Chu couldn't bear to watch it.

Seeing the two cute babies lower their heads and bite their lips made Qin Chu surrender.

"Honey, we had an agreement that you wouldn't intervene." Huo Mian turned her head to look at Qin Chu.

"That's right, I'm not intervening, I'm just kindly reminding you."

"I don't need your reminder. If you can't watch, you can leave and I'll speak to them alone," Huo Mian suggested.

"Daddy, don't leave… Please," Little Bean immediately begged out of fear.

She knew that her father's presence was empowering and that they would suffer less.

If her daddy left them alone with their mommy, that would be really scary.

"I won't leave…" Qin Chu looked at his daughters with pain in his heart.

Pudding felt conflicted. She knew that if she confessed, she would face her mother's rage.

This was worse than the time where she threw her phone, so her punishment would be crueler.

No matter how calm and collected she was, she was still a child with the ability to feel fear.

"Why so silent? Are you scared?" Huo Mian coldly asked.

The twins lowered their heads and remained silent...

"I'm counting down from five. You have to answer my question. Otherwise, I'll take it that both of you came up with the idea, and both of you will be punished…" Huo Mian began counting right after speaking.

"Five, four, three, two…"

"Mommy, it was my idea."

Qin Chu and Huo Mian were both surprised, as Little Bean was the one to answer.

Pudding looked at her sister in surprise, as she didn't expect it as well...

"Little Bean, was it your idea?" Huo Mian asked again.

Little Bean put her hands behind her back nervously and rubbed them. It was pretty obvious that she was getting nervous...

However, she kept her face up high and said, "Mommy, it was my idea."

"It doesn't seem like you…" Huo Mian meaningfully looked at her daughter.

She knew their personalities too well, Little Bean rarely came up with her own ideas.

Most of the times, she followed in her sister's steps. She would agree with whatever Pudding said to do. 

Other than having a stern opinion on food, Little Bean wouldn't overly interfere in anything else.

Clearly, Huo Mian didn't believe her.

Pudding seemed anxious and immediately said, "Mommy, she's wrong. Actually…"
