"I'm sorry, can I take a raincheck? These rascals are coming over tonight." Su Yu looked at Jian Tong apologetically.

"Sure, we have a lot of time in the future to enjoy dinner together…" Jian Tong said, pretending to be nonchalant.

The twins occupied Su Yu's attention until the charity dinner ended, giving Jian Tong no room to butt in. In the end, she got so angry that she left with her agent in a huff.

After the ball ended, Su Yu held one twin in each hand and walked up to Huo Mian with a smile. "I'll be taking the twins home with me, we're having dinner at the mansion."

"We'll be staying there tonight, you don't have to worry about us, Dr. Huo," Pudding added.

"Okay, but be good and don't bother Great-Grandpa so much, alright?" Huo Mian nodded.

Before Huo Siqian left, he glanced at Huo Mian profoundly, but the latter pretended not to see his face; unwilling to talk to him, she turned her face away from him.
