"It's a she? Come on, tell me who it is!" Huo Mian said, coyishly leaning on Qin Chu's shoulder.

"Okay then, I'll tell you… I was enlightened by Qin Mumu," Mr. Qin revealed the answer to her question, leaving her dumbfounded. "Little Bean?"

Qin Chu nodded.

"Honey, you're kidding me, right?" Huo Mian asked in disbelief, so he told her his entire conversation with Little Bean.

Afterward, Huo Mian said awkwardly, "Um… I can't believe Little Bean would sell me out and tell you something so private about me!"

"It's good that she did, we're not supposed to keep secrets from each other. If I find out you have been keeping secrets from me again, I won't let you off so easy," Qin Chu said, dotingly pinching Huo Mian's face.

Huo Mian smiled in a brown-nosing manner. "Haha, Mr. Qin, don't get mad at me, I'll never keep secrets from you again."

"Mo Xue'er's hospitalized at South Side, right?" Qin Chu asked.

Huo Mian picked up a bun and took a giant bite. "Mhm, I just saw her."

"How is she?"

"She's fine, she was the star and director of this accident. She's trying to frame Huo Siqian… Mo Xue'er's pretty ruthless. Was Huo Siqian released? Is he going to cause trouble?" Huo Mian asked nonchalantly.

"Yeah, he was released. There weren't any problems since Gao Ran said they couldn't get enough evidence. The Huo Corporation's stock prices evaporated quite a bit though."

"Okay, let's stay away from others' business, and fill up our own stomachs first." Huo Mian then went back to enjoying her midnight snack, leaning her head happily onto Qin Chu's shoulder.

This day was exhausting, yet fulfilling, especially when she was with Qin Chu. Whenever they were together, she felt like she was the happiest person in the world.

- The next morning -

Since it was the weekend and Huo Mian had the day off, Qin Chu decided not to go to work either.

The twins wanted barbeque, so Qin Chu and Zhixin went to the supermarket that morning and bought a bunch of food and supplies.

Then, the family gathered around the yard, cooking, chatting, and laughing.

Zhixin was surprised by Bella's sudden appearance.

"Um, why did Bella come over?"

"I called her over, is there a problem?" Huo Mian smiled.

"Not at all, Sis, you really are my sister!" Zhixin exclaimed, feeling happier than ever.

Bella brought two stuffed animals and gave one to each of the twins. "Thank you, Auntie Bella!"

"President Huo, what ingredients need to be washed? Let me help you~" Bella walked up to Huo Mian after washing her hands; she thought a lot of people were going to come, but upon arrival, she quickly realized that she was the only outsider, so she felt a little awkward.

Zhixin and Qin Chu were on the other side preparing the outdoor grill, while Yang Meirong ran around with the twins.

Therefore, Huo Mian and Bella could talk freely.

"Hey, come on, stop calling me President Huo. I don't work at the company anymore," Huo Mian corrected Bella, who stuck her tongue out playfully. "Then what should I call you? Dr. Huo or Director Huo?"

"Why don't you just call me Mian?" Huo Mian chuckled.

"I can't… I've been working with you for too long, you're too authoritative for me to call Mian, haha. I'd feel really weird."

"Um, whatever you're comfortable with then…" Huo Mian said helplessly.

"Okay then, President Huo."

"Bella, that boyfriend of yours, are you still in contact with him?" Huo Mian asked probingly.
