"No wonder the witnesses said Xiang Xin left with a few foreigners."

"It doesn't matter if you know it's him, you won't be able to catch him," Qin Chu took a small sip of his coffee and said slowly.

"I know… Even the FBI can't do anything about that terrorist, I obviously would never be able to catch him… I just don't want anyone else in our city to die." Gao Ran was really worried.

Gao Ran felt pressured; after all, C City was under his jurisdiction and if more people died, what was he supposed to tell the provincial officials?

"We'll see if Mo Xue'er has any luck left for her." Qin Chu had a feeling that Mo Xue'er was already dead.

"Maybe she'll be the last to suffer from this series of tragedies…" Gao Ran sighed.

"Did you discover anything new with Huo Siqian?" Qin Chu looked up and asked.

"No… he's surprisingly quiet, and his schedule is even more of a routine than a high school student's – home, office, home, office… We've been monitoring his calls and discovered nothing."

"You should get your men to investigate quietly, see if you can figure out where Mo Xue'er is. You didn't find her body yet, which means she might still be alive… Or, maybe Ian wants her alive on purpose, for now." Qin Chu made a bold guess.
