Qin Ning was very excited. She had no idea Tang Chuan would give her such a big surprise.0

"Wow. Who's boyfriend is he? He's so romantic…" some of the female passengers began chit-chatting.

Qin Ning was feeling very proud at that moment, and her smile showed that she was both happy and a bit shy.

Although she didn't know how Tang Chuan persuaded the flight crew to let him use the speaker system like that, she now was certain that Tang Chuan was much more romantic than Su Yu or Wei Liao.

Just then, a beautiful melody sounded along with Tang Chuan's slightly hoarse voice.

Tang Chuan's tunes were marvelous.

Qin Ning had always been envious of how Qin Chu sang to Huo Mian.

She heard that Qin Chu sang for Huo Mian at one of their anniversary parties but she wasn't there to witness the moment. However, she could imagine how romantic that would be. 

On the eighth day of the Lunar calendar, she was at Ni Yang and Chen Jie's wedding ceremony at the Yunding Mountain Spa Resort. Ni Yang was a professional singer so of course his song to Chen Jie was beautiful.

To her surprise, Tang Chuan's voice was extremely marvelous… 

There was a stark difference between his singing and his energetic and vibrant personality. Who knew a playboy could sing such beautiful tunes.

Some of the female passengers even shrieked because they were astonished by how romantic Tang Chuan was.

"Wow… It's beautiful. He's so good and romantic to his girlfriend…"

"Such a great boyfriend usually is someone else's boyfriend. Ahh… I want such a great boyfriend too…"

"He's singing Leehom's 'Big City, Small Love'. I love that song. He's so good at it too…"

Qin Ning heard people around her praising Tang Chuan.

Qin Ning was in first class. She gripped onto her blanket tightly. At that moment, she was feeling shy, nervous, and loved.

She closed her eyes to listen carefully to each word Tang Chuan sang for her.

"You're on my mind, you're in my heart. A little love in a big city is so sweet. You're everything I read, my everything is you. A little love in a big city, I only have a soft spot for you…"

After the song, Tang Chuan slowly said, "Ning-Ning, I won't promise you eternity because if I can't make that promise come true, it's all words and not action. That's why I am going to prove that I will love you forever through my actions. I will never let go of your hand in the days ahead of us."

At that moment, tears were already welling up in Qin Ning's eyes. 

She grew up in a single-parent family with her dad. She was independent and ambitious.

She was an adult now but had never actually dated anyone before Tang Chuan. Back in school, she was very popular but she rejected all the guys that proposed to her, saying that she needed to focus on her studies.

When she graduated and started working, she was too domineering. She was the only daughter of the chairman and the only female on the board. Although some guys admired her, they were too cowardly to make a move.

For the past twenty-something years, Qin Ning did not need to worry about her living. However, her relationship experience was like a blank piece of paper.

She would feel lonely whenever she went to a friend's party even with many people surrounding her.

Tang Chuan had slowly but successfully filled that void in her heart.

She never knew that happiness could sometimes be such a simple and overwhelming thing…

When Tang Chuan walked towards his seat, everyone applauded him.

On his way, he saw an old American couple. The old lady praised him in English, "Good job boy."

Tang Chuan nodded to thank them. When he came back to his seat, he was actually a bit shocked to see Qin Ning's eyes all red and swollen.
