"Never mind, I don't have time to talk to you. I kept my end of the deal and met her, and it's not my fault that I didn't like her. I'm heading back to the company now." Su Yu hung up the phone before his mother had a chance to say anything else.

Su Yu really did want to go back to his company, but for some reason, he drove to South Side instead. He hovered outside the hospital for a while before deciding that since he was already there, he might as well go in.

Huo Mian was looking at the CT scans of some patients' heads and analyzing their conditions when she heard a knock on her door. Thinking that it was her assistant, she said, "Come in," without looking up.

"Jie, get me a cup of water, thanks," Huo Mian pushed her own cup towards Su Yu, who froze for a second before obediently picking up her cup and pouring her some water.

Then, he placed that cup back onto her desk. Huo Mian stared at the documents as she slowly took a sip. "Jie… do you have the file of the schizophrenic patient from yesterday? Bring it to me."

"I think you're the schizophrenic one…" Su Yu smiled as he looked at her profile.

Huo Mian was surprised to hear Su Yu's voice. "It's you?"

"Who did you think it was?" amused, Su Yu asked.

"I thought… you were my assistant," Huo Mian replied; just now, she was too focused on the material in her hands that she had no idea it was Su Yu who walked in instead of Chen Jie.

"Is your assistant as tall, manly, and handsome as I am?"

"Cut the crap… why are you here?"

"Oh… um, I came to see a friend who's staying here… Also, I've been really busy with work recently and haven't been sleeping well. So, I'm here to ask you to prescribe some sleeping pills for me."

He couldn't tell Huo Mian he came here because he missed her, because every time he acted seriously, the latter would feel awkward and helpless. Therefore, he began making up all sorts of excuses.

"You shouldn't take sleeping pills, you might get addicted. I suggest physical therapy."

"Use an eye massager, drink some wine before you go to bed or listen to some soft music to alleviate your tensed-up nerves.
