After that, a ball of qi which looked like shooting stars shot to the sky, making the competition arena tremble and crack. It flew towards the mountains not far away, towards a popular scenic spot of Ding Lin Country called Watching Sunrise Peak.

There was another massive explosion, and the peak of the mountains which could be seen earlier now looked like they had been bitten off by a giant monster. A deep pit was now present at its center, and stones which had been blasted into pieces were rolling down the mountain slope.

An endless buzzing resounded in their ears. Everyone stared at Watching Sunrise Peak with wide eyes. They dared not imagine what the consequences would have been if the ball of qi earlier had exploded in the competition arena. Not even a single person might have survived.

He Bufan and Liu Yucheng from Nan Xia Country finally realized something as terror seized their hearts. This was why Xiao Tianying had asked them to forfeit - he knew that even if they had not been defeated by Ling Yichen, they did not even have the slightest chance against Ling Chuxi. They would definitely have died a very pitiful death!

The crowd only regained their senses after a while and looked at the fighting ring hesitantly.
