Not fighting was fine by her too, since she and her group had to rush along this treacherous journey to obtain first place in the training. Ling Yichen needed the first-place prize, so they shouldn't be delayed if they could help it.

"Just you? You think you'll be getting first place?" scoffed Lan Xinyu in disdain as she sneered and tucked her golden whip away. "Fine, then. Let's place a bet, Ling Chuxi. Whoever loses in this training has to agree to a condition."

"Tell me what it is." Ling Chuxi crossed her arms across her chest and curled the corners of her lips into a proud smile.

"Whoever loses has to kowtow to the other three times in front of all of White Stone Academy's students and teachers, then get lost from White Stone City." As she said this chillingly, an evil glint appeared in Lan Xinyu's eyes. This condition wasn't just carelessly ruthless. Lan Xinyu was saying this because she was sure she would definitely win.

"Also, you aren't allowed to seek out Teacher Mu for help," added on Lan Xinyu urgently after the thought occurred to her. If Mu Liufeng were to secretly help Ling Chuxi, then Lan Xinyu would definitely lose.
